1. Scientific and advanced design scheme
Utilizing state-of-the-art computer software, our design meticulously analyzes the winding electric field under high voltage, ensuring precise field distribution and crafting a winding structure capable of enduring high voltage impulses. With a focus on safety, our scientific insulation structure has been optimized through comprehensive analysis and calculation. The design further includes magnetic leakage and temperature field analysis to ensure performance aligns with design expectations. By optimizing lamination, we enhance no-load performance and minimize magnetic distortion in the gaps, setting a new standard for design excellence.
2. Iron Cores
Our iron core is crafted from premium grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon-steel sheets, precisely cut with a specialized shearing machine, leaving minimal burr. The strategic use of multi-step and 45° all-leaning joints effectively reduces no-load loss, no-load current, and noise. The board structure core clamping device ensures high mechanical strength, while fasten nails maintain adequate transformer axis padding block pressure, delivering exceptional performance and reliability.
3. High purity oxygen-free copper windings, reducing load loss
The inner coil is expertly wound directly onto the insulation barrel, incorporating chamfering spacers and padding blocks to harmonize the electric field and enhance stability. The incorporation of BDK-80M synchronized lifting-up equipment during assembly secures the axial position of the windings, bolstering axial strength. This innovative approach ensures superior performance and longevity.
4. Tank
Crafted from wide-width steel plates, our tanks minimize welding seams on the flat roof, presenting a folded plate type tank with an elegant and sophisticated appearance. With exceptional mechanical strength, they have passed rigorous standard positive pressure and vacuum tests. Cutting-edge welding technology and groove-type flanges ensure the tank and pipes maintain integrity without leakage. The wide plate radiation system, complemented by heavy-duty low noise blowers, elevates heat dissipation efficiency, reducing radiating plates, and safeguarding against leakage. The innovative capsule-type conservator preserves oil integrity under vacuum, reinforcing electric strength for long-term use.
5. Protection System
Our transformers are equipped with a Pt100 thermal resistors temperature control system embedded in the body. A pressure relief valve with contacts is installed atop the tank, along with oil indicators with contact and vacuum relays on the conservator. The oil pressure indicator with contacts is also situated in the tank, facilitating signal conversion and transfer. Both HV and LV bushings feature pollution-retardant porcelain oil types, ideal for high pollution settings. Stainless steel padding plates and terminal cases contribute to an elegant appearance and robust protective features, ensuring reliability and a sophisticated aesthetic.
