In a groundbreaking collaboration since 1999, CEEG has proudly partnered with DuPont to revolutionize transformer manufacturing. As pioneers in China, CEEG first adopted DuPont's state-of-the-art Nomex paper as insulation material, crafting the country's inaugural open-ventilated dry-type transformers. This partnership embodies innovation and excellence, setting new standards in the industry.
Our cutting-edge product is expertly designed for environments demanding rigorous fireproof standards, exceptional rating wave management, and resistance to both dirt and moisture. Ideal for high-stakes locations such as airports, subways, power plants, mines, hospitals, skyscrapers, shopping centers, densely populated areas, oil industries, and nuclear power facilities, it excels in reliability and performance.
Product Features
The CEEG Vacuum Pressure Impregnated transformer stands out with its remarkable features: unparalleled overload capacity, high-temperature resistance, unmatched safety and reliability, superior fire retardant qualities, moisture resistance, environmentally friendly design, ultra-low noise levels, effortless maintenance, minimal partial discharge, and a robust, crack-resistant structure.
1. DuPont Nomex® Paper
CEEG's strategic alliance with DuPont since 1999 marked a significant milestone as the first Chinese company to integrate DuPont Nomex® Paper in non-encapsulated dry-type transformers. Nomex® Paper endows the transformer with a superior insulation grade, class H or C, ensuring a fortified winding structure capable of withstanding short-circuit impacts over prolonged service periods.
2. Silicon Steel Core or Amorphous Alloy Core
Crafted with precision, the core adopts a three-phase structure using premium cold-rolled, grain-oriented silicon steel sheets jointed at an innovative 45-degree angle with 7 seamless steps, or top-tier amorphous alloy strips. Encased in insulated tape to isolate from windings, this design is bolstered by specialized square tubes and draw plates for optimal stability. A protective moisture and rust-resistant resin coat enhances its durability, effectively reducing no-load loss, no-load current, and noise. For models with amorphous alloy cores, enjoy a 60% reduction in no-load loss, elevating energy efficiency dramatically.
3. HV & LV Coils
Engineered for excellence, the high-voltage winding features a continuous design delivering superior mechanical strength and radiation capability. Boasting outstanding damp proofing and heat shock resistance, it maintains partial discharge below 5PC and can be fully restored after its life span. The F-grade DMD laminated low voltage foil undergoes an advanced epoxy resin soaking and VPI (vacuum pressure impregnating) process, followed by high-temperature curing for impeccable void-free insulation. High current tap low voltage windings are also available for your needs.
4. Additional Features
Versatile voltage options are available on both primary and secondary sides, tailored to meet specific customer requirements.
Integrated fans are designed to enhance emergency overload capacity, ensuring optimal performance when it's needed most.
With self-extinguishing properties, this transformer offers superior fire resistance compared to oil-based alternatives.
Expertly engineered to handle harmonic loading with ease, offering unparalleled flexibility and reliability.
Specially equipped for core loop testing transformers for turbo generator sets, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
Lightweight with reduced energy content in fire scenarios, this transformer provides excellent heat wave resistance and manageable weight.
Certification
CEEG's dry-type transformers proudly carry the prestigious KEMA E2, C2, and F1 certifications, reflecting our commitment to environmental, climatic, and fire safety. As trailblazers, we were among the first in China to meet these rigorous standards.
