Captivating Introduction to Our Marine (Ocean Platform) Transformer
Our Marine Transformers are offered with Insulation Classes of B, F, and H, ensuring versatility and performance. With a low-voltage transformer capacity reaching an impressive 8000kVA (voltage level below 1kV), and a similar capacity for medium-voltage transformers designed for vessels and offshore platforms (voltage level below 10kV), our products cater to a wide range of marine applications. Expertly crafted to meet specific requirements, our transformers are backed by certifications from esteemed classification societies, including CCS, ABS, BV, DNVGL, LR, KR, NK, RINA, and others.
Distinctive Structural Features of Our Marine Transformers
Our transformers boast a core made from premium cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, meticulously laminated at a precise full 45° diagonal, promising superior efficiency and reliability.
Leveraging top-tier insulation materials composed of Class B, F, or H NOMEX paper, our transformers promise stability and durability with an impressive service life exceeding 30 years.
Exceptional Moisture, Salt Spray, Mold, and Rust Resistance: The iron core is expertly coated with a specialized resin to ensure longevity and robustness.
Optimized for Low Losses, Minimal Partial Discharge, High Overload Capacity, and Reduced Noise: Constructed with 0.18-0.3mm highly permeable, high-quality grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, our transformers significantly minimize losses. Additionally, an innovative through-bolt structure dramatically reduces noise, setting new standards in marine transformer technology.
The marine transformer's coils feature a non-closure structure, while the ocean platform transformer's coils are cast with stuffing epoxy resin, enhancing flame retardation and safety.
Our transformer's casing, crafted from high-quality steel sheets, is available with Protection Classes IP00, IP20, IP22, and IP23, delivering robust protection tailored to your needs.
Ingenious Design: The stuffing box is strategically placed on the top of the transformer case, either left or right, with a bottom in/bottom out wiring style for capacities of 500 kVA and above. Thoughtfully designed cable holes at the base feature wire scratch-proof and fixation devices for enhanced safety and convenience.
Specific Application Conditions for Optimal Performance
Our company's transformers are built to operate reliably under the following conditions:
Ambient temperature ranging from -25°C to 45°C, ensuring adaptability to various environments;
Suitable for environments with relative humidity up to 95%, providing resilience in humid conditions.
Capable of withstanding vibrations and shocks from installation environments, maintaining stable performance;
Operational even under challenging conditions such as swing angles up to 22.5° and inclining angles up to 15°, demonstrating robust design and engineering.
Engineered to endure dew, oil mist, salt mist, and molds, ensuring operational integrity in harsh marine environments.
