1. Scientific and advanced design scheme
Harnessing the power of cutting-edge computer software, we meticulously analyze the winding electric field under high voltage conditions. This enables precise calculation and ensures the winding structure withstands high-voltage impulses. We further scrutinize the insulation structure, adopting a scientifically-backed design to guarantee the transformer operates securely. Our in-depth analysis of magnetic leakage and temperature fields aligns performance with design expectations. The lamination design is optimized to minimize magnetic distortion, amplifying the transformer's no-load performance.
2. Iron Cores
Our iron cores are crafted from premium grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon-steel sheets, precisely cut with specialized shearing machinery to produce minimal burrs. The implementation of multi-step, 45° all-leaning joints significantly reduces no-load loss, current, and noise. The core clamping device features a board structure that enhances mechanical strength, while the use of fasten nails provides necessary transformer axis padding block pressure.
3. High purity oxygen-free copper windings, reduce the load loss
The inner coil is expertly wound directly on the insulation barrel, incorporating chamfering spacers and padding blocks to evenly distribute the electric field and bolster stability. Our assembly process utilizes BDK-80M synchronized lifting-up equipment to accurately position the windings, thereby reinforcing axial strength and ensuring utmost precision.
4. Tank
Crafted from wide-width steel plates to minimize welding seams, our folded plate type tank boasts a refined, elegant appearance coupled with high mechanical strength, having successfully passed rigorous positive pressure and vacuum tests. The application of advanced welding technology and groove-type flanges guarantees the tank and pipes are built for long-term, leak-free use. Featuring a broad plate radiation system with robust, low-noise blowers, it enhances heat dissipation efficiency while reducing radiating plates and preventing leakage. The capsule-type conservator effectively prolongs the lifespan of the oil, maintained under vacuum conditions, reinforcing electric strength.
5. Protection System
Our protection system is enhanced with Pt100 thermal resistors to control temperature within the transformer body. The tank is equipped with a pressure relief valve and contacts, while the conservator houses an oil indicator with contacts and vacuum relays. Additionally, an oil pressure indicator with contacts is installed in the tank, facilitating seamless signal conversion and transmission. Both HV and LV bushings are made of pollution-retardant porcelain oil types, extending insulation space and enabling use in high pollution environments. With stainless steel padding plates and terminal cases, the transformer exudes a sophisticated and elegant appearance.
