Introducing the Pioneering Marine (Ocean Platform) Transformer
Our transformers boast a variety of insulation classes, including B, F, and H. For low-voltage transformers operating below 1kV, the capacity can reach an impressive 8000kVA. Similarly, for medium-voltage transformers utilized on vessels, ships, and offshore platforms (with voltage levels below 10kV), the capacity also extends to 8000kVA. We deliver tailored design and production to meet your precise needs, providing product certification from esteemed classification societies such as CCS, ABS, BV, DNVGL, LR, KR, NK, RINA, and more.
Distinctive Structural Features of Our Transformer
Crafted with precision, the core material employs superior cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, meticulously laminated at a full 45° diagonal.
Utilizing insulation materials made from Class B, F, or H NOMEX paper, our transformer promises a remarkable service life exceeding 30 years.
Our transformers offer robust Moisture, Salt Spray, Mold, and Rust Resistance, with the iron core's surface coated in a specialized protective resin.
Experience Low Losses, Minimal Partial Discharge, Exceptional Overload Capacity, and Quiet Operation. The iron core features a 0.18-0.3mm thick, highly permeable, premium grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheet, reducing loss significantly. A through-bolt structure effectively minimizes noise.
The marine transformer coil features a non-closure design, while the ocean platform transformer is encased in flame retardant stuffing epoxy resin, ensuring superior safety.
Constructed from high-quality steel sheets, the transformer's casing provides protection with classes of IP00, IP20, IP22, and IP23.
Designed for convenience, the stuffing box is positioned on the top-left or right of the transformer's case, with wiring configurations for capacities of 500 kVA and above set as bottom in/bottom out. Cable holes are strategically placed at the base, equipped with wire scratch-proof and fixation mechanisms.
Optimal Application Conditions
Our company's products are designed to operate flawlessly under the following conditions:
The ambient temperature should range from -25°C to 45°C.
Maintain a relative humidity of ≤95%.
Capable of withstanding vibration and shock inherent to the installation environment.
Engineered to endure with a swing angle of ≤22.5° and an inclining angle of ≤15°.
Built to resist the influence of dew, oil mist, salt mist, and molds.
