1. Scientific and advanced design scheme
Harnessing the power of state-of-the-art computer software allows us to meticulously analyze the winding electric field under high voltage conditions, accurately calculating the distribution of winding electric field gradients. This ensures that the winding structure withstands high-voltage impulse tests. Our scientific approach extends to the insulation structure analysis to guarantee utmost safety in operation. We analyze magnetic leakage and temperature fields to confirm field performance aligns with design demands. By optimizing the lamination design, we minimize magnetic distortion in the gap, thereby significantly enhancing the no-load performance.
2. Iron Cores
Crafted from superior grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon-steel sheets, our iron cores are meticulously cut using specialized shearing machines, resulting in negligible burring. Employing multi-step processes and 45° all-leaning joints, we effectively reduce no-load loss, no-load current, and operational noise. The robust board structure of our core clamping device ensures high mechanical integrity, with securely fastened nails providing substantial transformer axis padding block pressure.
3. High purity oxygen-free copper windings, reduce the load loss
Our inner coil, expertly wound directly on the insulation barrel, is augmented with chamfering spacers and padding blocks to ensure uniform electric field distribution and enhanced stability. With the integration of BDK-80M synchronized lifting-up equipment during assembly, we secure precise axial location of the windings, bolstering axial strength and performance.
4. Tank
Employing wide-width steel plates, we minimize welding seams on the flat roof, presenting a folded plate-type tank that exudes elegance and unmatched mechanical strength. Proven through standard positive pressure and vacuum tests, our unique welding technology and groove-type flange ensure the tank and pipes remain leak-proof over extended use. Our wide plate radiation system, coupled with heavy-duty, low-noise blowers, elevates heat dissipation efficiency, reduces radiating plates, and prevents leakage, allowing direct transformer mounting. The capsule-type conservator effectively delays oil aging under vacuum conditions, thereby reinforcing electric strength.
5. Protection System
Our sophisticated protection system incorporates Pt100 thermal resistors for precise temperature control within the transformer body. Positioned atop the tank, a pressure relief valve with contact capability enhances safety. Additionally, oil indicators with contacts and vacuum relays are affixed to the conservator, while an oil pressure indicator with contacts is installed in the tank. This suite of equipment facilitates seamless signal conversion and transfer. Designed for high pollution environments, both HV and LV bushings feature pollution-retardant porcelain oil types, extending insulation space. The polished aesthetic of our padding plates and terminal case is achieved with durable stainless steel construction.
