Introducing the Marine (Ocean Platform) Transformer: A Revolutionary Solution for Safer and More Efficient Maritime Power Management.
Our transformers are expertly engineered with a range of insulation classes, including B, F, and H, ensuring durability and reliability. The low-voltage transformers, designed for applications below 1kV, offer a robust capacity of up to 8000kVA. Similarly, our medium-voltage transformers, ideal for vessels, ships, and offshore platforms operating below 10kV, also support capacities up to 8000kVA. We tailor our designs to meet unique requirements and proudly supply product certifications from globally recognized classification societies such as CCS, ABS, BV, DNVGL, LR, KR, NK, RINA, and others.
Exceptional Structural Features of the Product
Our core material is crafted from superior quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, meticulously laminated at a precise 45° diagonal angle, ensuring both strength and efficiency.
The insulation materials utilized in our transformers are of Class B, F, or H NOMEX paper, contributing to an impressive service life exceeding 30 years.
Engineered for Resistance: Our transformers boast outstanding moisture, salt spray, mold, and rust resistance, with the iron core surface coated in a unique protective resin.
Engineered for Superior Performance: Experience low losses, minimal partial discharge, a robust overload capacity, and reduced noise. Our iron core materials, made from 0.18-0.3mm thick, highly permeable, high-quality grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, minimize loss. The through-bolt structure plays a critical role in significantly diminishing noise levels.
For the marine transformers, the coil features a non-closure structure. In contrast, the ocean platform transformers use a stuffed epoxy resin casting, ensuring exceptional flame retardation properties.
Our transformers are housed in cases constructed from high-quality steel sheets with protection classes including IP00, IP20, IP22, and IP23.
The innovative design includes a strategically placed stuffing box, located either on the left or right of the case's top, with a bottom in/bottom out wiring style for capacities of 500 kVA and above. Cable holes are thoughtfully positioned on the transformer's base, equipped with a scratch-proof and fixation device for enhanced protection.
Optimal Application Conditions for Our Transformers
Our company's products are engineered to operate seamlessly under the following conditions:
Ambient temperature range: -25°C to 45°C, ensuring functionality in diverse climates.
Capable of withstanding relative humidity levels of up to 95%, demonstrating superior adaptability.
Designed to endure vibration and shock intrinsic to the installation environment, providing consistent performance.
Suitable for operations with swing angles up to 22.5° and inclining angles up to 15°, ensuring stability and reliability.
Durable enough to resist the effects of dew, oil mist, salt mist, and molds.
