1. Scientific and Advanced Design Scheme
Harnessing cutting-edge computer software for precise analysis, the winding electric field is meticulously examined under high voltage. This ensures the winding structure is robust enough to withstand impulse conditions and fulfill high-voltage demands. The transformer's insulation structure is meticulously designed to promote safe and efficient operation. Further, by analyzing magnetic leakage and temperature fields, we achieve superior field performance aligned with design objectives. The lamination design is optimized to mitigate magnetic distortion and boost no-load performance.
2. Iron Cores
Our iron cores utilize premium grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon-steel sheets, precision-cut to minimize burrs. The use of multi-step and 45° all-leaning joints significantly reduces no-load loss, no-load current, and operational noise. The structural integrity is reinforced with a board-style core clamping device, ensuring robust mechanical stability. Fastening nails are employed to maintain optimum pressure across transformer axis padding blocks.
3. High Purity Oxygen-Free Copper Windings, Reducing Load Loss
Wound meticulously on an insulation barrel, the inner coil benefits from strategically placed chamfering spacers and padding blocks, harmonizing the electric field and enhancing stability. The BDK-80M synchronized lifting-up equipment ensures precise axial placement and fortifies the axial strength of the windings during assembly.
4. Tank
Constructed from wide-width steel plates, the tank's minimized welding seams offer an elegant, streamlined appearance with superior mechanical strength, having passed rigorous positive pressure and vacuum tests. Advanced welding techniques and groove-type flanges provide seamless, long-lasting use without leakage. The tank's sophisticated design features a wide-plate radiation system, equipped with robust, low-noise blowers to enhance heat dissipation efficiency and reduce the number of radiating plates, effectively preventing leakage. The capsule-type conservator further prolongs the life of the oil by delaying aging under vacuum conditions, thereby reinforcing electric strength.
5. Protection System
Our transformers incorporate a Pt100 thermal resistor temperature control system within the core, complemented by a top-mounted pressure relief valve with contacts for added safety. The conservator is fitted with an oil indicator with contact and vacuum relays, alongside a tank-integrated oil pressure indicator with contacts, all facilitating efficient signal conversion and transfer. Additionally, HV and LV bushings are crafted from pollution-retardant porcelain oil types, extending insulation in high-contamination environments. For an immaculate finish, padding plates and terminal cases are manufactured from stainless steel, ensuring an elegant and enduring appearance.
