Introduction to Marine (Ocean Platform) Transformer: Unveiling a new era in maritime power solutions with our state-of-the-art transformer technology designed specifically for marine and ocean platform applications.
Our transformers boast versatile insulation classes, including B, F, and H, ensuring adaptability and durability. The efficient low-voltage transformers, operating under 1kV, reach capacities of up to 8000kVA. Meanwhile, our robust medium-voltage transformers, suitable for vessels, ships, and offshore platforms below 10kV, also support capacities up to 8000kVA. We cater to bespoke specifications, offering products that are meticulously certified by leading classification societies such as CCS, ABS, BV, DNVGL, LR, KR, NK, and RINA.
Discover the Structural Features of Our Product: Excellence in design and engineering for optimal performance and reliability.
The core of our marine transformer is crafted from premium cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, meticulously laminated at a precise 45° diagonal angle to ensure outstanding efficiency and longevity.
Utilizing advanced insulation materials, comprising Class B, F, or H NOMEX paper, our transformers are engineered for an extended service life exceeding 30 years, ensuring reliable performance over decades.
Unparalleled Resistance: Our iron core is shielded with a specialized resin coating for superior resistance against moisture, salt spray, mold, and rust, guaranteeing durability in harsh maritime environments.
Experience minimal losses and outstanding efficiency with low partial discharge and remarkable overload capacity. Our transformers, made from 0.18-0.3mm thick, high-grade grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel, drastically reduce losses. The through-bolt structure design significantly diminishes noise, ensuring a peaceful operational environment.
The marine transformer features a unique non-closure coil structure, while the ocean platform variant is cast with stuffing epoxy resin, providing exceptional flame retardation and safety.
Constructed with high-quality steel, the transformer's casing meets Protection Classes IP00, IP20, IP22, and IP23, delivering robust protection and resilience.
Ingeniously designed, the stuffing box is conveniently placed on either side of the transformer case's top, while wiring for units of 500 kVA and above follows a bottom in/bottom out configuration. For added security, the base features scratch-proof cable holes equipped with fixation devices.
Application Conditions: Ensuring optimal performance across diverse and challenging environments.
Our company's transformers are engineered to operate flawlessly under the following conditions, showcasing unmatched reliability and endurance:
Ambient temperature ranging from -25°C to 45°C, accommodating a wide spectrum of climatic conditions.
Designed to thrive in environments with relative humidity levels of up to 95%, maintaining efficiency and stability.
Built to withstand the vibrations and shocks inherent to installation locations, ensuring steadfast operation and longevity.
Capable of enduring swing angles up to 22.5° and inclining angles up to 15°, offering flexibility and adaptability.
Resilient under exposure to dew, oil mist, salt mist, and mold, ensuring long-lasting performance.
