1. Scientific and advanced design scheme
Utilizing state-of-the-art computer software, our transformers undergo meticulous analysis of the winding electric field under high voltage, ensuring optimal distribution and structural integrity to withstand high voltage impulses. Advanced insulation structures are calculated to guarantee safe operation, while magnetic leakage and temperature fields are meticulously optimized to meet design demands. Our lamination design reduces magnetic distortion, enhancing the no-load performance to unprecedented levels.
2. Iron Cores
Crafted from premium grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon-steel sheets, our iron cores are precision-cut with specialized shearing machines, resulting in minimal burrs. The application of multi-step, 45° all-leaning joints effectively reduces no-load loss, current, and noise. The board structure of the core clamping device ensures significant mechanical strength, while fastening nails maintain optimal transformer axis padding block pressure.
3. High purity oxygen-free copper windings, reduce the load loss
Our inner coils are expertly wound directly onto the insulation barrel, with chamfering spacers and padding blocks to uniformly distribute the electric field, enhancing stability. Utilizing the advanced BDK-80M synchronized lifting-up equipment during assembly, we guarantee precise axial placement of the windings, reinforcing their axial strength to the highest standards.
4. Tank
Our tanks are constructed with wide-width steel plates to minimize welding seams on the flat roof, resulting in a foldable plate type tank with a sleek, refined appearance and superior mechanical strength. Rigorously tested to meet positive pressure and vacuum standards, the innovative welding technology and groove type flange ensure longevity and leak-free operation. Equipped with a wide plate radiation system and heavy-duty low noise blowers, the heat dissipation efficiency is enhanced, reducing the number of radiating plates and preventing leakage. The transformer integrates a capsule-type conservator that delays oil aging under vacuum, boosting electrical strength.
5. Protection System
Our Pt100 thermal resistors temperature control system is standard in the transformer body, alongside a pressure relief valve with contacts on the tank's top. The conservator features an oil indicator with contact and vacuum relays, and the tank includes an oil pressure indicator with contacts for seamless signal conversion and transfer. Both HV and LV bushings are crafted from pollution-retardant porcelain oil types, extending insulation space for use in high pollution conditions. To complete the elegant design, padding plates and terminal cases are made from stainless steel.
