The BDK-80M synchronized lifting-up equipment secures the axial position of the windings, fortifying their axial strength.

Engineered with precision, our tank boasts a wide-width steel plate, minimizing welding seams on the sleek flat roof. This folded plate-type tank showcases a refined appearance coupled with robust mechanical strength, having passed standard positive pressure and vacuum tests. The innovative welding technology and groove-type flange promise long-lasting usability without leakage. Our wide plate radiation system, complemented by heavy-duty, low-noise blowers, optimizes heat dissipation and boosts efficiency. The seamlessly integrated capsule-type conservator delays oil aging under vacuum conditions, elevating the electric strength.
5. Protection System
Our sophisticated protection system integrates Pt100 thermal resistors within the transformer body for precision temperature control. A pressure relief valve with contacts atop the tank, an oil indicator with contact, and vacuum relays on the conservator ensure comprehensive monitoring. The pollution-retardant porcelain oil-type bushings for both HV and LV extend insulation capabilities in high-pollution settings.
