1. Scientific and Advanced Design Scheme

Utilizing cutting-edge computer software, we precisely analyze the winding electric field under high voltage to accurately gauge the electric field gradient distribution. This ensures the winding structure is adept at withstanding high voltage impulses. Through meticulous analysis and calculation of the transformer's insulation structure, and employing a scientifically engineered insulation design, our products are guaranteed safe operation. By examining magnetic leakage and temperature fields, we ensure field performance aligns with design demands. Additionally, we optimize lamination to minimize magnetic distortion in gaps, thereby enhancing no-load performance.

2. Iron Cores

Our iron core leverages top-tier grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon-steel sheets, precisely cut with a special shearing machine to produce minimal burrs. The incorporation of multi-step and 45° all-leaning joints significantly reduces no-load loss, no-load current, and noise. The core clamping device, with its board structure, ensures high mechanical strength, while fastening nails maintain adequate transformer axis padding block pressure.

3. High Purity Oxygen-Free Copper Windings, Reduced Load Loss

The inner coil is expertly wound directly onto the insulation barrel using chamfering spacers and padding blocks, which uniformly distribute the electric field and enhance stability. Our use of the BDK-80M synchronized lifting-up equipment during assembly guarantees precise axial positioning of the windings and bolsters axial strength.

4. Tank

Featuring wide-width steel plates to minimize welding seams on the flat roof, our folded plate type tank boasts a sophisticated and elegant appearance coupled with high mechanical strength. This design has successfully passed rigorous standard positive pressure and vacuum tests. Advanced welding technology and groove-type flanges ensure long-term, leak-free operation of the tank and pipes. The wide plate radiation system, along with durable, low-noise blowers, elevates heat dissipation efficiency, reducing radiating plates and preventing leakage. It is designed for seamless integration onto the transformer. Additionally, the capsule-type conservator significantly delays oil aging under vacuum conditions, reinforcing electric strength.

5. Protection System

Incorporating Pt100 thermal resistors, our temperature control system is meticulously integrated into the transformer body. The design includes a pressure relief valve with contacts on the tank's top, and an oil indicator with contact and vacuum relays on the conservator-plus, an oil pressure indicator with contacts in the tank. This comprehensive setup allows for efficient signal conversion and transfer. Both high-voltage (HV) and low-voltage (LV) bushings are crafted from pollution-retardant porcelain oil types, extending insulation space for high pollution environments. The elegant appearance is achieved with stainless steel padding plates and terminal cases.
