Leveraging cutting-edge computer software, we meticulously analyze the winding electric field under high voltage to accurately determine the electric field gradients. This ensures the transformer's winding structure withstands high-voltage impulses. Through a detailed evaluation of the transformer's insulation and magnetic leakage, and optimization of the lamination design, we enhance safety, field performance, and minimize magnetic distortion, guaranteeing superior no-load performance.

2. Iron Cores

Our iron core is crafted from premium grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon-steel sheets, precisely cut to minimize burrs. Multi-step, 45° all-leaning joints significantly reduce no-load loss, no-load current, and noise. With a board structure core clamping device, we ensure high mechanical strength, while fastened nails provide optimal transformer axis padding block pressure.

3. High Purity Copper Windings for Reduced Loss

The inner coil is expertly wound directly on the insulation barrel, utilizing chamfering spacers and padding blocks to harmonize the electric field and boost stability. Our assembly process incorporates BDK-80M synchronized lifting-up equipment to ensure precise axial alignment and enhance axial strength.

4. Tank

Our tank features wide-width steel plates to reduce welding seams, presenting a sleek and robust appearance. It has passed rigorous positive pressure and vacuum tests. Employing advanced welding technology and groove-type flanges, the tank and pipes endure long-term use without leakage. The wide plate radiation system, with durable low-noise blowers, optimizes heat dissipation and efficiency, minimizing the need for radiating plates. A capsule-type conservator prolongs oil life and strengthens dielectric ability under vacuum conditions.

5. Protection System

Equipped with a Pt100 thermal resistor temperature control system, our transformer is safeguarded at every level. A pressure relief valve, oil indicator, and vacuum relays ensure optimal performance and signal transfer. Both HV and LV bushings are pollution-resistant porcelain oil types, extending insulation life under harsh conditions. Featuring stainless steel padding plates and terminal cases, the system promises both durability and a polished aesthetic.
