Introduction of Marine (Ocean Platform) Transformer
Our exceptional transformers are crafted with precise insulation classes ranging from B, F, to H. The low-voltage transformer (under 1kV) offers a robust capacity reaching up to 8000kVA, while the medium-voltage transformers, designed for vessels, ships, and offshore platforms (under 10kV), also demonstrate a formidable capacity up to 8000kVA. We specialize in designing and producing tailored solutions, complete with product certificates from renowned classification societies including CCS, ABS, BV, DNVGL, LR, KR, NK, RINA, and more.
The Structural Features of the Product
Crafted with precision, the core material comprises superior cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, meticulously laminated at a full 45° diagonal, ensuring optimum performance.
Our transformers boast insulation materials composed of Class B, F, or H NOMEX paper, guaranteeing an impressive service life exceeding 30 years.
With superior resistance against moisture, salt spray, mold, and rust, the iron core's surface is fortified with a unique resin coating for enhanced durability.
Enjoy the benefits of low losses, minimal partial discharge, robust overload capacity, and reduced noise. The iron core features a high-quality, highly permeable grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheet, ranging from 0.18-0.3mm in thickness, minimizing energy loss. The through-bolt structure significantly diminishes noise.
The marine transformer's coil is ingeniously designed with a non-closure structure, whereas the ocean platform transformer employs stuffing epoxy resin casting, providing excellent flame retardation.
Constructed with premium steel sheets, the transformer case offers protection classes of IP00, IP20, IP22, and IP23, ensuring robust safety and reliability.
Ingeniously designed, the stuffing box is positioned either left or right on the top of the transformer case. For capacities of 500 kVA and above, the wiring configuration is bottom in/bottom out. Cable holes are strategically located at the transformer base, equipped with wire scratch-proof and fixation devices.
Application Conditions
Our company proudly presents transformers that can perform efficiently under the following conditions:
Ambient temperature ranges between -25°C to 45°C, accommodating extreme environmental variations.
Capable of withstanding relative humidity levels of up to 95%, ensuring reliability in humid environments.
Engineered to endure vibrations and shocks from the installation site, maintaining consistent performance.
The design accommodates a swing angle of up to 22.5° and an inclining angle of up to 15°, ensuring adaptability in dynamic conditions.
Engineered to withstand dew, oil mist, salt mist, and molds, guaranteeing resilience in harsh marine environments.
