This exceptional product is specifically engineered for environments demanding rigorous fireproof standards and performance amidst large power fluctuations and challenging conditions like dirt and moisture. Ideal applications include airports, subways, power plants, mining industries, hospitals, high-rise buildings, shopping centers, densely populated areas, oil sectors, and nuclear power facilities.


Product Features

The CEEG Vacuum Pressure Impregnated Transformer stands out with its robust overload capacity and superior high-temperature resistance. It is synonymous with safety, reliability, and fire retardance, offering moisture resistance and eco-friendly characteristics. Enjoy minimal noise, straightforward maintenance, low partial discharge, and a crack-free experience.

1. DuPont Nomex® Paper

Since establishing a strategic relationship with DuPont in 1999, CEEG has been at the forefront in utilizing DuPont Nomex® Paper for non-encapsulated dry-type transformers. This innovative insulation material endows transformers with a high-class insulation grade of H or C. The tightly wrapped windings exhibit remarkable durability, capable of withstanding short-circuit impacts even after extensive service use.

2. Silicon Steel Core or Amorphous Alloy Core

Our three-phase core is crafted from premium-grade cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets, meticulously lap-jointed at 45 degrees with seven stepping seams, or high-quality amorphous alloy strips. Insulated tape wraps the core to prevent winding contact. A unique square tube and draw plates secure the structure, while moisture and rust-resistant resin protect the surface. This design significantly reduces no-load loss, no-load current, and noise. The amorphous alloy core model is particularly efficient, boasting a 60% reduction in no-load loss and substantial energy efficiency improvements.

3. HV & LV Coils

Our high-voltage winding features a continuous structure that ensures exceptional mechanical strength and thermal dissipation. It excels in damp-proofing and heat shock tolerance, with partial discharge below 5PC, and offers recyclability post-service life. The F-grade DMD lamination low voltage foil undergoes epoxy resin presoak for layer insulation, followed by VPI (vacuum pressure impregnating) and high-temperature curing to achieve void-free insulation. High-current taps for low voltage winding are also available.
