Utilizing cutting-edge computer software, the winding electric field under high voltage is precisely analyzed, ensuring the winding structure withstands high voltage impulses. The product's insulation structure is meticulously calculated to guarantee safe operation. Furthermore, magnetic leakage and temperature fields are optimized to adhere to design specifications, enhancing performance. Lamination design is refined to reduce magnetic distortion, thereby boosting no-load efficiency.
2. High-Performance Iron Cores
The iron core is crafted from premium grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon-steel sheets, precision-cut by specialized shearing machines to achieve virtually burr-free edges. With multi-step and 45° all-leaning joints, this design significantly reduces no-load loss, current, and noise. The core clamping device employs a robust board structure, while fastening nails ensure adequate transformer axis padding block pressure.
3. Ultra-Pure Oxygen-Free Copper Windings, Minimize Load Loss
The inner coil is meticulously wound on the insulation barrel using chamfering spacers and padding blocks to ensure a uniform electric field and enhance stability. BDK-80M synchronized lifting-up equipment is employed during assembly to secure the axial position and reinforce the windings' strength.

Its folded plate structure boasts a sleek, refined appearance and exceptional mechanical strength, successfully passing standard positive pressure and vacuum tests. Advanced welding techniques and groove-type flanges guarantee long-term use without leakage. A wide plate radiation system with durable, low-noise blowers elevates heat dissipation, boosting efficiency and minimizing radiating plates to prevent leaks. The unit can be mounted directly on the transformer, and a capsule-type conservator prolongs the oil's lifespan under vacuum conditions, enhancing electric strength.
5. Comprehensive Protection System
Incorporating Pt100 thermal resistors for temperature control within the transformer body, a pressure relief valve with contacts on the tank's top, and an oil indicator with vacuum relays on the conservator, this protection system is robust. The tank is equipped with an oil pressure indicator, facilitating signal conversion and transfer. Both HV and LV bushings feature pollution-retardant porcelain oil designs for extended insulation in high-pollution environments. Stainless steel padding plates and terminal cases contribute to an elegant aesthetic.
