Introduction of Marine (Ocean Platform) Transformer
Our marine transformers boast versatile insulation classes including B, F, and H to suit various demands. The low-voltage transformers, with voltage levels below 1kV, offer capacities up to an impressive 8000kVA. The medium-voltage transformers, designed exclusively for vessels and offshore platforms with voltage under 10kV, also support capacities up to 8000kVA. Tailored to meet specific requirements, our products come with certifications from leading classification societies such as CCS, ABS, BV, DNVGL, LR, KR, NK, and RINA.
The Structural Features of the Product
Crafted with precision, the core material utilizes premium quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, meticulously laminated at a precise 45° angle to ensure optimal performance.
Utilizing top-tier insulation materials like Class B, F, or H NOMEX paper, our transformers boast a remarkable service life exceeding 30 years, guaranteeing long-term reliability.
Resilience against harsh elements: Our transformers feature a specialized resin-coated surface on the iron core, providing robust moisture, salt spray, mold, and rust resistance.
Optimized for efficiency, these transformers exhibit low losses, minimal partial discharge, and strong overload capacity while maintaining low noise. The iron core, composed of high-grade grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets (0.18-0.3mm thick), minimizes energy loss. A through-bolt structure further curtails noise levels.
Designed with safety in mind, the marine transformer coil features a non-closure structure, while the ocean platform transformer employs stuffing epoxy resin casting for superior flame retardation.
Constructed from high-quality steel sheet, our transformer cases offer protection classes of IP00, IP20, IP22, and IP23, ensuring durability and protection.
Ingeniously designed, the stuffing box is conveniently positioned either on the left or the right of the case top. For capacities starting at 500 kVA, the wiring is arranged for bottom entry and exit. Cable holes on the transformer base are equipped with devices to prevent wire scratches and ensure secure fixation.
Application Conditions
Our company's transformers are engineered to perform optimally under the following environmental conditions:
Operating seamlessly in ambient temperatures ranging from -25°C to 45°C;
Maintaining functionality in environments with relative humidity levels as high as ≤95%.
Designed to withstand the vibration and shock associated with the installation site;
Capable of enduring conditions with a swing angle of ≤22.5° and an inclining angle of ≤15°;
Built to resist the challenges posed by dew, oil mist, salt mist, and molds.
