Introduction to Marine and Ocean Platform Transformers
Our transformers come with a range of insulation classes: B, F, and H. The low-voltage transformers, operating below 1kV, boast a substantial capacity of up to 8000kVA. Similarly, our medium-voltage transformers, suited for vessels, ships, and offshore platforms with a voltage level below 10kV, also offer a robust capacity of up to 8000kVA. Tailored designs to meet precise requirements are our forte, and our products are certified by multiple renowned classification societies including CCS, ABS, BV, DNVGL, LR, KR, NK, RINA, among others.
Exquisite Structural Features of Our Product
Crafted with premium quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, the core material is expertly laminated at a precise 45° angle, ensuring peak performance.
Constructed with Class B, F, or H NOMEX paper as the insulation material, our transformers promise an impressive lifespan exceeding 30 years.
Exceptional Resistance to Moisture, Salt Spray, Mold, and Rust: The iron core surface is meticulously coated with a specialized resin for added protection.
Our transformers are engineered for low losses, minimal partial discharge, superior overload capacity, and low noise. Utilizing high-permeability, 0.18-0.3mm thick, high-quality grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, losses are greatly minimized. The innovative through-bolt structure significantly reduces noise.
For marine transformers, the coil features a non-closure structure, whereas ocean platform transformers employ a stuffing epoxy resin cast, enhancing flame retardation.
The transformer casing is crafted from quality steel sheets, available in Protection Classes IP00, IP20, IP22, and IP23.
Strategically designed, the stuffing box is positioned on the top left or right of the transformer case. For capacities of 500 kVA and above, the wiring style is bottom in/bottom out, with cable holes on the base equipped with a scratch-proof and fixation device.
Optimal Application Conditions
Our company's product performs optimally under the following environmental conditions:
Ambient temperature ranging from -25°C to 45°C;
Relative humidity up to a maximum of 95%.
Capable of withstanding vibrations and shocks from installation environments;
Designed to operate with a maximum swing angle of ≤22.5° and an inclining angle of ≤15°;
Resilient against dew, oil mist, salt mist, and mold exposure.
