Features
1. Scientific and Advanced Design Scheme
Utilizing sophisticated computer software, the winding electric field under high voltage is meticulously analyzed to ascertain precise distribution of electric field gradients-ensuring the winding structure endures high-voltage impulses. The insulation structure is scrutinized and scientifically crafted to assure safe operation. By evaluating magnetic leakage and temperature fields, the transformer's performance aligns perfectly with design expectations. Furthermore, the lamination design is optimized to curtail magnetic distortion and bolster no-load performance.
2. Iron Cores
Crafted from premium grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon-steel sheets, the iron core is precision-cut by specialized shearing machines, resulting in negligible burrs. Multi-step and 45° all-angle joints significantly reduce no-load loss, current, and noise. The core's board-structured clamping device provides robust mechanical strength, while secure fasten nails ensure optimal transformer axis block pressure.
3. High Purity Oxygen-Free Copper Windings, Minimized Load Loss
Wound directly on the insulation barrel, the inner coil employs chamfering spacers and padding blocks to uniformly distribute the electric field, enhancing stability. The use of BDK-80M synchronized lifting-up equipment during assembly guarantees precise axial positioning of the windings, fortifying their axial strength.
4. Tank
Featuring wide-width steel plates to minimize welding seams on the flat roof, the folded plate tank design exudes a refined appearance with superior mechanical strength, passing stringent positive pressure and vacuum tests. Advanced welding techniques and groove type flanges ensure long-term, leak-free operation. A wide plate radiation system with heavy-duty, low-noise blowers elevates heat dissipation efficiency, reduces radiating plates, and prevents leakage, allowing for direct transformer mounting. The capsule-type conservator effectively delays oil aging under vacuum, enhancing electrical strength.
5. Protection System
Equipped with a Pt100 thermal resistor temperature control system, this transformer also features a pressure relief valve with contacts atop the tank. An oil indicator with contact and vacuum relays is situated on the conservator, along with an oil pressure indicator with contacts in the tank. These systems facilitate signal conversion and communication. Both HV and LV bushings are crafted from pollution-retardant porcelain oil types, extending insulation space for high-pollution environments. Stainless steel padding plates and terminal cases provide an elegant, durable finish.
