1. Scientific and advanced design scheme

This guarantees our winding structures withstand high-voltage impulses effectively. Our transformers boast scientifically engineered insulation structures, designed for optimal safety and performance. Rigorous analysis of magnetic leakage and temperature fields ensures our products perform flawlessly in alignment with design specifications. Furthermore, we have perfected the lamination design to diminish magnetic distortion, thereby elevating no-load performance to exemplary levels.
2. Iron Cores
Our iron cores are crafted from superior quality grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon-steel sheets, precision cut with a specialized shearing machine for minimal burr creation. The innovative multi-step, 45° all-leaning joint construction significantly reduces no-load loss, current, and acoustic disturbances. The core clamping mechanism employs a board structure for enhanced mechanical robustness, with fastening nails providing ample axial padding block pressure, ensuring a steadfast and reliable transformer operation.
3. High purity oxygen-free copper windings, reduce load loss
Our inner coils are meticulously wound directly onto insulation barrels, integrated with chamfering spacers and padding blocks for uniform electric field distribution and heightened stability. The BDK-80M synchronized lifting-up equipment is utilized during assembly to maintain precise axial alignment of the windings, thus fortifying axial strength for superior performance.
4. Tank
The tank's construction incorporates wide-width steel plates to minimize welding seams, resulting in a sleek, sophisticated appearance coupled with robust mechanical strength. It has successfully passed rigorous positive pressure and vacuum tests. Advanced welding technology and groove-type flanges ensure long-lasting, leak-proof operation. The sophisticated wide plate radiation system, equipped with durable, low-noise blowers, elevates heat dissipation efficiency while reducing radiating plates and preventing potential leaks. The tank can be directly mounted onto the transformer, and its capsule-type conservator effectively delays oil aging, thereby enhancing electric strength under vacuum conditions.
5. Protection System
Our transformers are equipped with Pt100 thermal resistors for precise temperature control, ensuring optimal operation. A pressure relief valve with contacts is strategically placed atop the tank, alongside an oil indicator with contact and vacuum relays on the conservator. The tank also features an oil pressure indicator with contacts for seamless signal conversion and transfer. Both high-voltage and low-voltage bushings are crafted from pollution-retardant porcelain oil types, extending insulation space and ensuring functionality in high-pollution environments. Stainless steel padding plates and terminal cases contribute to an aesthetically pleasing, elegant finish.
