Since 1999, China Electric Equipment (Jiangsu) Transformer Manufacture Co., Ltd. (CEEG) has partnered with DuPont, pioneering the use of DuPont Nomex paper as insulation material in China to create cutting-edge open-ventilated dry-type transformers that set a new standard in the industry.
This exemplary Vpi Transformer is adept for environments demanding rigorous fireproofing, handling substantial rating fluctuations, and resisting contamination and moisture. Ideal applications include airports, subways, power plants, mining sectors, hospitals, skyscrapers, shopping centers, densely populated regions, oil industries, and nuclear power plants.
Product Features
The CEEG Vacuum Pressure Impregnated transformer is designed for unrivaled performance, offering robust overload capacity, exceptional high-temperature resistance, and unparalleled safety and reliability. Its environmentally friendly construction ensures fire retardancy and moisture resistance, alongside low noise, effortless maintenance, and crack-free, low partial discharge operation.
1. DuPont Nomex® Paper
In a landmark collaboration with DuPont initiated in 1999, CEEG became China's first to utilize DuPont Nomex® Paper for insulation in non-encapsulated dry-type transformers. This innovation confers upon the transformer an exceptional insulation grade, class H or C, with tightly-wrapped windings that withstand short-circuit impacts even after prolonged usage.
2. Silicon Steel Core or Amorphous Alloy Core
The core, constructed from superior cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets or top-tier amorphous alloy strips, is meticulously lap-jointed at 45 degrees with 7-step seams. Insulated tape encases the core, safeguarding it from windings, while moisture and rust-resistant resin protect its surface. This smart design minimizes no-load loss, current, and noise-especially the amorphous alloy core model, which slashes no-load loss by 60%, elevating energy efficiency.
3. HV & LV Coils
Our high-voltage windings, featuring a continuous structure for remarkable mechanical strength and heat dissipation, excel in damp environments and withstand thermal shocks, boasting a mere 5PC partial discharge. With F-grade DMD lamination and epoxy resin impregnation, achieved via VPI equipment and high-temperature curing, insulation remains void-free. High current taps enhance the low voltage windings.
4. Additional Features
Customizable voltages on both primary and secondary sides cater to diverse client specifications.
Incorporating fans boosts the transformer's emergency overload capacity.
With superior self-extinguishing properties, our transformer surpasses oil models in fire resistance.
Engineered to handle harmonic loading, this transformer is versatile and robust.
Specialized for core loop testing in turbo generator sets, this transformer offers enhanced reliability.
With reduced energy content for fire safety, lower weight, and stellar heat wave resistance, our transformer excels in performance and safety.
Certification
CEEG's dry-type transformers proudly carry KEMA E2, C2, and F1 certifications, embodying excellence in environmental, climatic, and fire behavior. As pioneers, we remain among China's earliest manufacturers to attain KEMA testing approval.
