2. Iron Cores

Crafted from premium grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon-steel sheets, the iron core is expertly trimmed with specialized shearing machinery, minimizing burrs. Multi-step and 45° all-leaning joints significantly reduce no-load loss, current, and noise. A robust board structure for core clamping ensures exceptional mechanical strength, while secure fastening nails maintain optimal transformer axis pressure.

3. High Purity Oxygen-Free Copper Windings, Minimize Load Loss

The inner coil is meticulously wound on an insulation barrel, employing chamfering spacers and padding blocks to equalize the electric field and boost stability. The BDK-80M synchronized lifting-up equipment ensures precision in axial winding placement, enhancing axial strength and reliability.

4. Tank

A wide-width steel plate minimizes welding seams on the roof, creating a folded plate type tank with sleek aesthetics and formidable mechanical strength, proven in both positive pressure and vacuum tests. Innovative welding techniques and groove type flanges guarantee long-term, leak-free operation. 5. Protection System

The Pt100 thermal resistors temperature control system is seamlessly integrated within the transformer, complemented by a pressure relief valve with contacts atop the tank, an oil indicator with contacts, and vacuum relays on the conservator. Additionally, the oil pressure indicator with contacts is housed in the tank. This comprehensive equipment suite is designed for efficient signal conversion and transfer. Both HV and LV bushings utilize pollution-retardant porcelain oil types, ideal for high-pollution environments, while the stainless steel padding plates and terminal case exude sophistication and durability.
