The CEEG Vacuum Pressure Impregnated transformer is a paragon of modern engineering, delivering unparalleled performance with its robust overload capacity, exceptional high-temperature resistance, and unwavering safety and reliability. 1. DuPont Nomex® Paper

As pioneers since 1999, CEEG proudly leads the charge in China, utilizing DuPont Nomex® Paper for insulation in non-encapsulated dry-type transformers. This premium material ensures a high insulation grade of class H or C, while the tightly wrapped windings offer resilience against short-circuit impacts over the years, ensuring durable and reliable performance.

2. Silicon Steel Core or Amorphous Alloy Core

Our transformers feature a meticulously crafted three-phase core, constructed from high-grade cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets with precision lap-jointing at 45 degrees and seven stepping seams, or from high-quality amorphous alloy strips. Insulated tape encases the core for effective winding separation, while a robust square tube and draw plates secure the structure. The surface benefits from a moisture and rust-resistant resin coating, significantly reducing no-load loss, no-load current, and noise. The amorphous alloy core model further enhances energy efficiency, reducing no-load loss by an impressive 60%.

3. HV & LV Coils

Our high-voltage winding showcases a continuous structure, showcasing outstanding mechanical strength and radiation capabilities, along with resistance to damp conditions and heat shock. With partial discharge below 5PC, these windings promise longevity and can be refurbished post-service. For low voltage, the F-grade DMD laminated foil undergoes an intricate epoxy resin soaking via VPI (vacuum pressure impregnating) and a high-temperature curing process, achieving impeccable, void-free insulation, along with high current taps.
