Utilizing cutting-edge computer software, we conduct a thorough analysis of the winding electric field under high voltage. This precision calculation ensures the winding structure withstands high-voltage impulses. Our scientific insulation structure guarantees safe operation. By optimizing the lamination design, we minimize magnetic distortion and elevate no-load performance to new heights.

2. Iron Cores

Our iron cores are crafted from top-grade grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon-steel sheets, precision-cut with a specialized shearing machine to ensure minimal burrs. Multi-step and 45°all-leaning joints effectively reduce no-load loss, current, and noise. The robust core clamping device, complete with fasten nails, assures mechanical strength and optimal transformer axis padding block pressure.

3. High purity oxygen-free copper windings, reduce the load loss

The inner coil is meticulously wound on the insulation barrel, employing chamfering spacers and padding blocks to distribute the electric field uniformly and enhance stability. During assembly, the BDK-80M synchronized lifting-up equipment ensures precise axial location, reinforcing the axial strength of the windings.

4. Tank

Our tanks are crafted from wide-width steel plates to minimize welding seams, yielding high mechanical strength and passing standard positive pressure and vacuum tests. Advanced welding techniques and a groove-type flange ensure long-term, leak-free performance. The wide plate radiation system, with heavy-duty, low-noise blowers, boosts heat dissipation efficiency, while the capsule-type conservator retards oil aging under vacuum conditions, enhancing electric strength.

5. Protection System

Equipped with Pt100 thermal resistors for temperature control, a pressure relief valve with contact, and an oil indicator with vacuum relays, our protection system offers superior signal conversion and transfer. Both HV and LV bushings are designed with pollution-retardant porcelain oil types, ideal for high pollution environments. Stainless steel padding plates and terminal cases deliver an elegant appearance.
