Introduction of Marine (Ocean Platform) Transformer
Our transformers boast insulation classes ranging from B, F, to H. For low-voltage transformers (below 1kV), capacities extend up to an impressive 8000kVA. Similarly, medium-voltage transformers designed for vessels, ships, and offshore platforms (below 10kV) also offer capacious support of up to 8000kVA. We are adept at designing and manufacturing these products to meet specialized needs and can furnish product certifications from a multitude of esteemed classification bodies, including CCS, ABS, BV, DNVGL, LR, KR, NK, and RINA, ensuring global compliance and reliability.
The Structural Features of the Product
Our product core is meticulously crafted from premium cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, expertly laminated with full 45° diagonal precision for optimal performance.
Crafted with Class B, F, or H NOMEX paper, our insulation materials ensure a transformer lifespan exceeding 30 years, promising durable and robust service.
Engineered to withstand the harshest of environments, our transformers offer exceptional resistance to moisture, salt spray, mold, and rust, with their iron cores enveloped in a unique resin coating.
Experience superior efficiency with our transformers. They feature low losses, minimal partial discharge, robust overload capacity, and quiet operation. The use of 0.18-0.3mm thick, highly permeable, top-grade grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets minimizes loss. Our innovative through-bolt structure significantly dampens noise, ensuring peaceful operation.
The marine transformer coil features an open structure, while the ocean platform transformer is innovatively cast with flame-retardant epoxy resin, enhancing safety and performance.
Constructed from high-quality steel sheets, our transformer cases offer versatile protection classes of IP00, IP20, IP22, and IP23, safeguarding against environmental challenges.
Designed with practicality in mind, the stuffing box is conveniently placed on either the left or right top of the transformer case. For capacities of 500 kVA and above, the wiring style is bottom in/bottom out, with cable holes strategically positioned at the transformer base, featuring a scratch-proof and fixation device for secure installation.
Application Conditions
Our company's products are engineered for optimal operation under the following conditions:
Ambient temperature accommodates a wide range, from -25°C to 45°C, ensuring adaptability to various climates.
With relative humidity tolerances up to ≤95%, our transformers are primed for humid environments.
Our transformers are designed to withstand the vibration and shock typical of installation sites, ensuring stability and reliability.
They perform efficiently with swing angles up to ≤22.5° and inclining angles up to ≤15°, reflecting robust adaptability.
Our transformers maintain resilience under the influence of dew, oil mist, salt mist, and molds, offering exceptional durability in challenging conditions.
