Introducing the Marine (Ocean Platform) Transformer: Built to withstand the harshest maritime environments, this transformer is engineered specifically for ships and ocean platforms, offering unparalleled reliability and performance in saltwater conditions.
With insulation classes B, F, and H, our transformers offer exceptional versatility. The low-voltage transformers, designed for voltages under 1kV, boast a robust capacity of up to 8000kVA. For medium-voltage applications, including vessels, ships, and offshore platforms at voltages below 10kV, our transformers also deliver up to 8000kVA. Custom designs and bespoke solutions to meet your precise specifications are available, complete with certifications from renowned classification societies such as CCS, ABS, BV, DNVGL, LR, KR, NK, RINA, and more.
Exploring the Structural Features of Our Product: Discover the cutting-edge design and superior materials that set our transformers apart in the marine industry.
At the heart of our transformers lies a core made from premium cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, meticulously laminated in a full 45° diagonal manner to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
Crafted from Class B, F, or H NOMEX paper, our insulation materials are chosen for their exceptional durability, promising a transformer service life exceeding 30 years.
Engineered for Resistance: Equipped to combat moisture, salt spray, mold, and rust, our transformers feature an iron core surface coated with a specialized resin for superior protection.
Engineered for Efficiency and Reliability: Our transformers boast low losses, minimal partial discharge, and a strong overload capacity while maintaining low noise levels. The iron core is crafted from 0.18-0.3mm thick high-quality grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, expertly reducing energy loss. A through-bolt structure is implemented to significantly decrease noise.
Our marine transformer coil features a non-closure design, while the ocean platform transformer incorporates epoxy resin casting with stuffing for outstanding flame retardation properties.
Encased in quality steel, our transformers offer protection classes of IP00, IP20, IP22, and IP23, assuring durability and safety in demanding conditions.
Convenient and Secure Connections: The transformer's case is equipped with a stuffing box positioned on either the left or right top. For capacities of 500 kVA and upward, our transformers feature a bottom-in/bottom-out wiring style. Cable holes, designed for scratch-proof protection and firm fixation, are strategically placed on the base of the transformer.
Conditions Ideal for Application
Operate our transformers in optimal conditions with the following parameters:
Ambient Temperature Range: From a chilly -25°C to a warm 45°C, ensuring versatility across various climates.
Relative Humidity: Maintains peak performance with humidity levels up to 95%.
Engineered to withstand vibration and shock from the installation site, ensuring dependable operation.
Capable of enduring a swing angle of up to 22.5° and an inclining angle of up to 15°, proving resilience in dynamic environments.
Resilient against dew, oil mist, salt mist, and molds, ensuring longevity and reliability.
Ocean Platform Transformer Technical Data: A comprehensive set of technical specifications for informed decision-making and strategic planning.
