1. Scientific and advanced design scheme
Our cutting-edge design utilizes advanced computer software to meticulously analyze the winding electric field under high voltage, enabling precise calculation and distribution of electric field gradients. This ensures the winding structure is robust enough to withstand high voltage impulses. The insulation structure is meticulously evaluated to guarantee safe operation, while magnetic leakage and temperature fields are optimized for superior performance. An enhanced lamination design minimizes magnetic distortion, boosting no-load performance.
2. Iron Cores
Expertly crafted from the finest grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon-steel sheets, the iron core is precision-cut using a specialized shearing machine, resulting in minimal burr. The implementation of multi-step and 45° all-leaning joints significantly reduces no-load loss, current, and noise. The core is secured with a robust board structure, providing exceptional mechanical strength, while fasten nails ensure optimal pressure on the transformer's axis padding block.
3. High purity oxygen-free copper windings, reducing load loss
The inner coil is meticulously wound directly onto an insulation barrel, employing chamfering spacers and padding blocks to evenly distribute the electric field and enhance stability. Our BDK-80M synchronized lifting equipment ensures precise axial placement of the windings, reinforcing axial strength to optimize load loss reduction.
4. Tank
Crafted from wide-width steel plates to minimize welding seams, the folded plate type tank boasts a sleek and sophisticated appearance while ensuring high mechanical strength as confirmed by standard pressure and vacuum tests. Utilizing advanced welding techniques and groove type flanges, the tank and pipes are engineered for durability without leakage. Its innovative wide plate radiation system, complemented by heavy-duty, low-noise blowers, enhances heat dissipation efficiency, reduces radiating plates, and prevents leakage, making it ideal for direct transformer mounting. The capsule-type conservator effectively delays oil aging under vacuum, bolstering electric strength.
5. Protection System
Our state-of-the-art protection system incorporates Pt100 thermal resistors for temperature control, a pressure relief valve with contacts on the tank's apex, oil level indicators with contacts and vacuum relays in the conservator, and an oil pressure indicator with contacts in the tank. This sophisticated array allows for seamless signal conversion and transmission. Both HV and LV bushings are crafted from pollution-retardant porcelain oil types, extending insulation space and suitability for high pollution environments. Stainless steel padding plates and terminal cases provide a refined appearance, reinforcing both functionality and visual appeal.
