1. Scientific and advanced design scheme

2. Iron Cores
Our iron cores, crafted from premium grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon-steel sheets, are precision-cut to minimize burrs. The innovative use of multi-step and 45° all-leaning joints effectively reduces no-load loss, current, and noise. The robust core clamping device features a board structure, providing high mechanical strength. Secure fastening nails ensure optimal transformer axis padding block pressure, resulting in exceptional durability and efficiency.
3. High purity oxygen-free copper windings reduce the load loss
With windings directly wound on the insulation barrel, complemented by chamfering spacers and padding blocks, we achieve uniform electric field distribution and enhanced stability. The BDK-80M synchronized lifting-up equipment ensures precise axial positioning of the windings, thereby bolstering axial strength and overall transformer reliability.
4. Tank
Our tanks, crafted with wide-width steel plates, are designed to minimize welding seams on the flat roof, offering a sleek and robust appearance. The folded plate type tank exhibits high mechanical strength, successfully passing standard positive pressure and vacuum tests. Our innovative welding technology and groove type flange guarantee long-lasting, leak-proof use. The wide plate radiation system, equipped with heavy-duty low-noise blowers, optimizes heat dissipation, reduces radiating plates, and prevents leakage. This system is directly mountable on the transformer, and the capsule-type conservator effectively delays oil aging under vacuum conditions, reinforcing electrical strength.
5. Protection System
Our transformers are equipped with the Pt100 thermal resistors temperature control system, ensuring precise thermal management. A pressure relief valve with contacts, an oil indicator with contacts, and vacuum relays are strategically installed, enhancing the transformer's robustness. The pollution-retardant porcelain oil-type bushings extend insulation space, making them ideal for high pollution environments. Furthermore, stainless steel padding plates and terminal cases contribute to an elegant and durable exterior.
