Product Description

Introduction to Our Marine (Ocean Platform) Transformer: Your Gateway to Cutting-Edge Innovation in Marine Electrical Solutions.
Our transformers come with versatile insulation classes: B, F, and H. We offer low-voltage transformers (under 1kV) with capacities reaching up to 8000kVA. For vessels, ships, and offshore platforms, our medium-voltage transformers (below 10kV) also boast a capacity of up to 8000kVA. Our bespoke designs meet specific client needs and are backed by certifications from esteemed classification societies including CCS, ABS, BV, DNVGL, LR, KR, NK, RINA, and more.

Explore the Structural Features of Our Exceptional Product: Built to Excel Under Challenging Conditions.
Crafted from premium cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, the core material is meticulously laminated at a perfect 45° diagonal for superior performance.

Featuring Class B, F, or H NOMEX paper insulation, our transformers boast an impressive service life exceeding 30 years.

Engineered for Resilience: With a special resin coating, our iron core is adept at resisting moisture, salt spray, mold, and rust.

Optimized for Efficiency: Experience low losses, minimal partial discharge, robust overload capacity, and quiet operation thanks to our use of 0.18-0.3mm thick, highly permeable, grain-oriented, cold-rolled silicon steel sheets. Our through-bolt structure significantly reduces noise.

Designed for Safety: The marine transformer coil features a non-closure structure, while the ocean platform variant is cast with stuffing epoxy resin, offering excellent flame retardation.

Durability Meets Design: The transformer case is constructed from high-quality steel sheets and offers protection classes IP00, IP20, IP22, and IP23.

Innovative Design: Our transformers feature a strategic stuffing box placement, with wiring configurations of bottom in/bottom out for units 500 kVA and above. Cable holes on the base are equipped with wire scratch-proof and fixation devices.

Application Conditions: Built to Perform Across Diverse Environmental Scenarios.
Our company's products thrive under the following operational conditions:
Ambient Temperature: Operable between -25°C and 45°C.
Humidity Resilience: Performing optimally with relative humidity up to 95%.
Engineered for Stability: Capable of enduring vibration and shock at the installation site.
Precision Engineered: Designed to withstand swing angles up to 22.5° and inclining angles up to 15°.
Resistant to Environmental Effects: Unfazed by dew, oil mist, salt mist, and molds.
