Leveraging sophisticated computer software, the winding electric field is scrutinized under high voltage conditions to precisely calculate electric field gradients. This ensures the winding structure withstands high-voltage impulses. The insulation structure is thoroughly analyzed to guarantee safe operation, while meticulous calculations of magnetic leakage and temperature fields align field performance with design specifications. The lamination design is optimized to diminish magnetic distortion in gaps, thereby enhancing no-load performance.

Crafted from superior grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon-steel sheets, the iron core is precision-cut by specialized machinery to achieve minimal burr.
