1. Scientific and advanced design scheme
Utilizing cutting-edge computer software, we meticulously analyze the winding electric field at high voltage to accurately determine its distribution, ensuring the winding structure withstands high-voltage impulses. The insulation structure is precisely calculated to guarantee safe operation. Our advanced analysis of the magnetic leakage and temperature field ensures that performance perfectly aligns with design expectations. Moreover, our optimized lamination design reduces magnetic distortion and enhances no-load performance.
2. Iron Cores
Our iron core features high-quality grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon-steel sheets, precisely cut to produce minimal burrs. The innovative use of multi-step and 45° all-leaning joints efficiently reduces no-load loss, current, and noise. The core clamping device, with its robust board structure, ensures high mechanical strength. Additionally, fastening nails provide the necessary axial padding block pressure for stable operation.
3. High purity oxygen-free copper windings, reducing load loss
The windings are skillfully crafted with high purity oxygen-free copper, directly wound on the insulation barrel. This process, enhanced by chamfering spacers and padding blocks, ensures uniform electric field distribution and improved stability. Our BDK-80M synchronized lifting-up equipment ensures precise axial positioning of the windings, significantly enhancing axial strength.
4. Tank
Constructed with wide-width steel plates to minimize welding seams, the tank exemplifies a sleek and elegant appearance combined with high mechanical strength, confirmed by rigorous positive pressure and vacuum tests. Our advanced welding technology and groove-type flange guarantee long-lasting, leak-proof performance. The innovative wide plate radiation system, equipped with durable low-noise blowers, optimizes heat dissipation, efficiency, and minimizes leakage, with direct mounting capability on the transformer. The capsule-type conservator significantly delays oil aging, strengthening electric endurance under vacuum conditions.
5. Protection System
Our state-of-the-art protection system incorporates Pt100 thermal resistors for accurate temperature control, a pressure relief valve with contacts atop the tank, and an oil indicator with contact and vacuum relays on the conservator. Also, an oil pressure indicator with contacts is integrated within the tank for reliable signal conversion and transmission. The HV and LV bushings are crafted from pollution-retardant porcelain oil types, ideal for high pollution environments. Stainless steel padding plates and terminal cases not only add elegance but also ensure durability and longevity.
