Product Features
Unparalleled Production Performance: The frame boasts a special paint coating that enhances durability. The internal design is fortified with safeguards meticulously engineered to prevent the following errors:
incorrect operation of circuit breakers, ensuring operational precision.
switching of isolators under load, safeguarding system integrity during load conditions.
connecting (closing) grounding wires (grounding switches) while energized, thus eliminating hazardous risks.
closing circuit breakers with grounding wires (grounding switches) in place, maintaining utmost safety standards.
accidental entry into live compartments, ensuring personnel safety with preventive measures.
Featuring BIOSCO technology, its modular structure simplifies installation and operation, offering unprecedented convenience and adaptability.
Constructed from welded structural steel, it provides exceptional mechanical strength and is surface-treated to ensure outstanding resistance against weather elements.
Advanced Environmental Control: Equipped with automatic temperature control devices, the transformer and low-voltage rooms guarantee optimal thermal regulation and efficient ventilation.
The top insulation layer robustly combats condensation from sudden temperature changes, with additional insulation options available for enhanced enclosure protection.
Smart Operations: It embraces intelligent operation and maintenance features, with sophisticated data collection and analysis on both HV & LV switchgear and the transformer.
Design and Customization: With an aesthetically appealing design, this customizable substation offers a plethora of choices. The internal structure is available in both 'H' and 'T' shapes, providing options for corridor and non-corridor layouts to suit varying needs.
Enclosure Structure
High Voltage Chamber:
The primary high voltage chamber is a powerhouse, hosting a high-voltage ring main unit. Its high-voltage switches accommodate sulfur hexafluoride load switches and vacuum circuit breakers. The high-voltage cabinet is engineered to shield the transformer from potential short circuits and overloads, ensuring uninterrupted protection.
Transformer Chamber:
This chamber elegantly houses three-phase transformers, available in both dry-type and liquid (oil) immersed variants. A sophisticated ventilation system with adjustable temperature settings complements the enclosure. Live space barriers are strategically implemented to prevent accidental contact during observations.
Low Voltage Chamber:
The versatile secondary low voltage chamber is available in two assembly forms: with or without a corridor. It accommodates metering cabinets, main incoming cabinets, outgoing cabinets, capacitor cabinets, and interlocking cabinets (ideal for dual transformers), offering a full suite of comprehensive functionalities for low-voltage switchgear. Capacitive reactive power compensation typically ranges from 15% to 30% of the transformer's capacity, tailored to meet various demands.
Operating Environment
Ambient Temperature: Ranges from -25°C to 40°C, ensuring reliable performance across diverse climates.
Altitude: Not exceeding 1000 meters, guaranteeing operation within optimal elevation conditions.
Relative Humidity: Maintains levels not exceeding 90% at 25°C, with allowance for short-term peaks up to 100%, ensuring adaptability to humidity variations.
Installation Conditions: Ideal for environments free from fire, explosion hazards, chemical corrosion, or severe vibrations, ensuring peace of mind and operational stability.
