Since 1999, CEEG has proudly partnered with DuPont, marking a milestone as the pioneering company in China to incorporate DuPont Nomex paper as an insulation material for constructing open-ventilated dry-type transformers. This collaboration underscores our commitment to innovation and excellence in transformer technology.
Our innovative ventilated transformer is expertly engineered to perform in environments where fireproofing is paramount, and where dealing with massive rating variations and harsh conditions like dirt and humidity is essential. Ideal for airports, subways, power plants, mining operations, hospitals, skyscrapers, shopping centers, heavily populated areas, oil industries, and nuclear power plants, it guarantees safety and reliability in critical settings.
Product Features
The CEEG Vacuum Pressure Impregnated transformer is a paragon of modern engineering, featuring strong overload capacity, high-temperature endurance, and unmatched safety. It integrates fire retardant and moisture-resistant properties, alongside being environmentally friendly and producing low noise. It also promises ease of maintenance, reduced partial discharge, and a crack-free design.
1. DuPont Nomex® Paper
Forging a strategic alliance with DuPont in 1999, CEEG became the trailblazer in China to utilize DuPont Nomex® Paper for insulation in non-encapsulated dry-type transformers. This innovation provides a high insulation grade of class H or C, offering tightly wrapped windings capable of withstanding short-circuit impacts over extensive service periods.
2. Silicon Steel Core or Amorphous Alloy Core
The core construction, available in three-phase structures, is crafted from premium cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets, meticulously lap-jointed at a precision angle of 45 degrees with 7 stepping seams. Alternatively, it can be formed from top-tier amorphous alloy strips. Insulated tape separates the core from windings, ensuring structural integrity, while moisture and rust-resistant resin protects the surface. This design dramatically cuts no-load loss, current, and noise, with the amorphous alloy core model reducing no-load loss by 60% and boosting energy efficiency significantly.
3. HV & LV Coils
Our high-voltage winding features a continuous structure that delivers superb mechanical strength and radiation capability. It excels in damp-proof performance and endures heat shock, with partial discharge maintained below 5PC. Post-service life recovery is ensured. The F-grade DMD lamination low voltage foil is meticulously soaked in epoxy resin for layer insulation, processed via VPI (vacuum pressure impregnating) equipment, and treated in a high-temperature curing machine, ensuring void-free insulation. Equipped with high current taps, the low voltage winding guarantees optimal performance.
4. Additional Features
Our transformers offer a range of voltages on both primary and secondary sides, tailored to meet diverse customer requirements.
Emergency situations are managed with ease as fans enhance the transformer's overload capacity.
Boasting superior self-extinguished properties, our transformers provide exceptional fire resistance, surpassing traditional oil-based models.
Designed to adeptly handle harmonic loading, our transformers ensure consistent and reliable performance.
Our core loop testing transformers are expertly designed for turbo generator sets, underscoring our commitment to precision and performance.
In the event of a fire, our transformers exhibit low energy content, reduced weight, and outstanding resistance to heat waves, embodying a new standard in safety.
Certification
CEEG dry-type transformers are proudly certified with KEMA E2, C2, and F1 classifications in Environmental, Climatic, and Fire Behavior categories. As one of China's earliest manufacturers to achieve this certification, we set the benchmark in transformer safety and performance.
