These transformers are designed to be core-hanging free and boast a no oil leakage guarantee. Our advanced design software meticulously calculates electromagnetic parameters, analyzing the main and longitudinal insulation, impulse voltage gradient distribution, end electric field distribution, and both thermal and dynamic stability under short-circuit conditions. This thorough analysis ensures a robust design margin, culminating in the safe and efficient operation of our transformers.

5. Unmatched reliability: Equipped with an oil level thermometer and a pressure relief valve featuring a contact on the oil tank's apex. The oil storage tank's indicator is an oil level gauge with a contact, and the high and low pressure bushings utilize anti-fouling reinforced pure porcelain oil bushings, ideal for highly polluted environments.
6. The coil's interior is fortified by a high-quality insulating skeleton, with all coils leveraging both internal and external braces. All braces and pads are chamfered to ensure uniform electric fields, enhancing reliability. Fasteners on the coil axis body use self-locking lock nuts, allowing the product to endure long-distance transport without loosening or core detachment.
