Introduction of Marine (Ocean Platform) Transformer
Experience the unparalleled reliability of our Marine Transformers, designed for demanding marine environments. Our transformers boast insulation classes B, F, and H, ensuring robust performance. The low-voltage variants, ideal for applications below 1kV, offer a significant capacity of up to 8000kVA. Similarly, our medium-voltage transformers, suitable for vessels, ships, and offshore platforms below 10kV, also reach up to 8000kVA. Tailored to meet your unique specifications, our products come with certifications from a broad array of prestigious classification societies including CCS, ABS, BV, DNVGL, LR, KR, NK, and RINA, affirming their superior quality and compliance with the highest standards.
The Structural Features of the Product
Our transformers feature a core crafted from premium cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, meticulously laminated at a precise 45° diagonal angle. This innovative design enhances performance, ensuring efficient operation.
Utilizing top-tier Class B, F, or H NOMEX paper as insulation materials, our transformers promise a service life exceeding 30 years, providing unparalleled longevity and reliability.
Our transformers are engineered to withstand harsh environmental conditions, offering resilience against moisture, salt spray, mold, and rust. The iron core's surface is protected by a special resin coating, ensuring durability.
Engineered for efficiency, our transformers deliver low losses, minimal partial discharge, formidable overload capacity, and quiet operation. The iron core is composed of 0.18-0.3mm thick, highly permeable, high-quality grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, reducing energy loss. A through-bolt structure is used to significantly reduce noise levels.
The marine transformer's coil boasts a non-closure structure. In contrast, the ocean platform transformer's coil is cast with epoxy resin, providing excellent flame retardant properties and enhancing safety.
Our transformer casings are constructed from superior steel sheets, offering a range of protection classes: IP00, IP20, IP22, and IP23, ensuring robust security and reliability.
For transformers with a capacity of 500 kVA and above, the innovative design includes a strategically positioned stuffing box on either the left or right top of the case, with a bottom in/bottom out wiring style. Cable holes at the base are equipped with a wire scratch-proof and fixation device, enhancing operational efficiency and safety.
Application Conditions
Our company's transformers are engineered for optimal performance under the following conditions:
They operate efficiently within a wide ambient temperature range of -25°C to 45°C, showcasing their adaptability to various environmental conditions.
Designed to function with a relative humidity of up to 95%, these transformers are built for humid environments.
Our transformers can withstand the vibration and shock typically found in their installation environment, ensuring consistent and reliable performance.
They maintain operational integrity with a swing angle of up to 22.5° and an inclining angle of up to 15°, providing exceptional stability.
Engineered to resist the detrimental effects of dew, oil mist, salt mist, and mold, our transformers ensure longevity and reliability in challenging conditions.
