2. Iron Cores
Crafted from high-quality grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon-steel sheets, our iron cores are meticulously cut with specialized shearing machines to produce only minimal burrs. The innovative multi-step and 45°all-leaning joints substantially reduce no-load loss, no-load current, and noise. Our core clamping device, utilizing a board structure, ensures robust mechanical strength, and the fastening nails maintain adequate pressure on the transformer axis padding blocks, enhancing durability and performance.
3. High Purity Oxygen-Free Copper Windings
Our windings feature high purity oxygen-free copper, expertly reducing load loss. The inner coil is meticulously wound on the insulation barrel, employing chamfering spacers and padding blocks to equalize the electric field and enhance stability. The integration of BDK-80M synchronized lifting-up equipment during assembly ensures precise axial alignment and reinforces axial strength, guaranteeing long-lasting efficiency and performance.
4. Tank
Constructed from wide-width steel plates, our tanks boast fewer welding seams on the flat roof, offering a sleek and refined appearance alongside high mechanical strength. Rigorously tested for standard positive pressure and vacuum, our tanks utilize advanced welding technology and groove-type flanges to ensure durability and prevent leakage. The wide plate radiation system, paired with heavy-duty, low-noise blowers, optimizes heat dissipation efficiency while reducing radiating plates. Our innovative capsule-type conservator effectively delays oil aging under vacuum conditions, reinforcing electric strength.
5. Protection System
Our transformers are equipped with the Pt100 thermal resistors temperature control system for optimal performance monitoring. The inclusion of a contact-equipped pressure relief valve on the tank's top, alongside an oil indicator with contact and vacuum relays on the conservator, provides comprehensive signal conversion and transfer capabilities. HV and LV bushings, crafted from pollution-retardant porcelain oil types, extend insulation space for high pollution conditions. The stainless steel padding plates and terminal case enhance the transformers' aesthetic appeal, offering a blend of elegance and resilience.
