Features
1. Scientific and advanced design scheme
Employing cutting-edge computer software, we meticulously analyze the winding electric field under high voltage, ensuring precise calculations of the electric field gradient distribution. This empowers the winding structure to withstand high voltage impulse. Through comprehensive analysis and calculation of the transformer's insulation structure, we ensure operational safety using a scientifically engineered insulation design. Further, the magnetic leakage and temperature fields are scrutinized to align field performance with design requirements. Our advanced lamination design minimizes magnetic distortion, enhancing no-load performance.
2. Iron Cores
Crafted from premium grain-oriented, cold-rolled silicon-steel sheets and precision-cut via a specialized shearing machine, our iron cores boast minimal burrs. The innovative application of multi-steps and 45° all-leaning joints significantly reduces no-load loss, current, and noise. A robust board structure enhances mechanical strength, while securely fastened nails ensure optimal transformer axis padding block pressure.
3. High purity oxygen-free copper windings, reduce the load loss
The inner coil is intricately wound directly onto the insulation barrel, where chamfering spacers and padding blocks are utilized to balance the electric field and bolster stability. The implementation of BDK-80M synchronized lifting-up equipment during assembly ensures precise axial positioning of the windings, reinforcing axial strength.
4. Tank
Our design incorporates wide-width steel plates, minimizing welding seams on the flat roof. The folded plate type tank presents a sleek, refined appearance and exhibits remarkable mechanical strength, passing both standard positive pressure and vacuum tests. Enhanced welding technology and a groove-type flange promise durability, preventing leaks over extended use. A wide plate radiation system, equipped with robust, low-noise blowers, elevates heat dissipation efficiency, reduces radiating plates, and safeguards against leakage. This system is integrally mountable on the transformer, while a capsule-type conservator effectively prolongs the oil's lifespan under vacuum conditions, amplifying electrical strength.
5. Protection System
The Pt100 thermal resistors temperature control system is meticulously integrated into the transformer body. The tank's top is outfitted with a pressure relief valve featuring contacts, complemented by an oil indicator with contact and vacuum relays on the conservator. An oil pressure indicator with contacts is also embedded within the tank. This advanced suite of equipment facilitates seamless signal conversion and transfer. Both high voltage (HV) and low voltage (LV) bushings are fabricated from pollution-retardant porcelain oil, extending insulation space for high-pollution environments. The padding plates and terminal case, made from stainless steel, deliver an elegant, polished finish.
