This scientific approach guarantees that the winding structure withstands high-voltage impulses seamlessly. Furthermore, we thoroughly examine the insulation structure to ensure safe operation, while optimizing the lamination design to minimize magnetic distortion and enhance no-load performance.
2. Iron Cores
Our iron core is crafted from premium grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon-steel sheets, cut with precision to minimize burr. The innovative multi-step 45° all-leaning joint technique significantly reduces no-load loss, current, and noise. The core clamping device, featuring a robust board structure, enhances mechanical strength, while fasten nails maintain sufficient transformer axis pressure.
3. High purity oxygen-free copper windings reduce load loss
The inner coil is expertly wound directly on the insulation barrel, with chamfering spacers and padding blocks ensuring uniformity in the electric field to enhance stability. The BDK-80M synchronized lifting-up equipment is utilized during assembly to assure precise axial location and reinforce axial strength, reducing load loss effectively.
4. Tank
Crafted from wide-width steel plates, the tank features fewer welding seams, presenting a sleek and refined appearance while ensuring high mechanical strength. Having passed stringent positive pressure and vacuum tests, it boasts enduring durability. The advanced welding techniques and groove-type flange guarantee leak-free performance. The wide plate radiation system, combined with heavy-duty, low-noise blowers, optimizes heat dissipation and efficiency while preventing leakage. The capsule-type conservator further delays oil aging to reinforce electric strength.
5. Protection System
The protection system is sophisticatedly designed with Pt100 thermal resistor temperature control integrated into the transformer body. A pressure relief valve, oil indicator with contact, and vacuum relays on the conservator, alongside an oil pressure indicator in the tank, all facilitate seamless signal conversion and transfer. Both high and low voltage bushings are pollution-retardant porcelain oil types, extending insulation space for high-pollution conditions. Stainless steel padding plates and terminal cases enhance durability, presenting an elegant and refined appearance.
