The lamination design is optimized, minimizing magnetic distortion in gaps and enhancing no-load efficiency.
2. Premium Iron Cores
Crafted from superior grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon-steel, the iron core is delicately cut with a specialized shearing machine to minimize burrs. Implementing multi-step and 45° all-leaning joints significantly reduces no-load loss, current, and noise. The robust core clamping device adopts a board structure for exceptional mechanical strength, with fastening nails ensuring ample transformer axis padding block pressure.

Engineered with broad-width steel plates to minimize welding seams, the folded plate type tank boasts a sophisticated appearance and superior mechanical strength, confirmed by standard positive pressure and vacuum tests. Special welding techniques and groove-type flanges ensure durability and leak-proof reliability over time. The wide-plate radiation system, equipped with heavy-duty, low-noise blowers, elevates heat dissipation efficiency while minimizing radiating plates and preventing leaks. This tank can be seamlessly mounted on the transformer, and the capsule-type conservator effectively slows down oil aging under vacuum conditions to strengthen electric integrity.
5. Advanced Protection System
The Pt100 thermal resistor temperature control system is a standard feature, coupled with a pressure relief valve with contacts atop the tank. The conservator is equipped with an oil indicator with contact and vacuum relays, while the tank features an oil pressure indicator with contacts, all designed for seamless signal conversion and transfer. Both high and low-voltage bushings are crafted from pollution-resistant porcelain oil types, extending insulation space for high pollution conditions. Padding plates and terminal cases, made from stainless steel, add an elegant touch to the overall appearance.
