Since 1999, CEEG has proudly collaborated with DuPont, marking a pioneering journey as the first Chinese company to integrate DuPont Nomex paper as an insulation material in the crafting of open-ventilated dry-type transformers. This innovative partnership underscores our commitment to excellence and technological advancement.
Our Dry Type Distribution Transformer is meticulously engineered to thrive in environments with stringent fireproof requirements, significant voltage fluctuations, and challenging conditions such as airports, subways, power plants, mining industries, hospitals, skyscrapers, shopping complexes, bustling public spaces, oil sectors, and nuclear power facilities. It ensures unparalleled safety and reliability wherever it operates.
Product Features
The CEEG Vacuum Pressure Impregnated Transformer is a testament to superior engineering, featuring exceptional overload capacity, robust high-temperature resistance, unrivaled safety, and reliability. It's fire retardant, moisture-proof, eco-friendly, and operates with minimal noise. The transformer is engineered for easy maintenance, boasts low partial discharge, and features a crack-free design to ensure enduring performance.
1. DuPont Nomex® Paper
Forging a strategic alliance with DuPont since 1999, CEEG was the trailblazer in China to utilize DuPont Nomex® Paper in the production of non-encapsulated dry-type transformers. Offering an impressive insulation grade of class H or C, Nomex® Paper fortifies the transformer's structure, enabling it to withstand short-circuit impacts even after prolonged use.
2. Silicon Steel Core or Amorphous Alloy Core
Our transformer's core is crafted from premium cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets, lap-jointed at a precise 45 degrees with seven stepping seams, or from top-tier amorphous alloy strips. It is insulated with tape, secured with a special square tube and draw plates, and protected by moisture and rust-resistant resin. This sophisticated design significantly diminishes no-load loss, current, and noise, while the amorphous alloy core variant slashes no-load loss by 60%, dramatically boosting energy efficiency.
3. HV & LV Coils
Our high-voltage winding is engineered for strength and radiation efficiency, boasting excellent damp proofing and heat shock resistance, all with a partial discharge under 5PC. It is recoverable post-service life. The low-voltage foil, infused with epoxy resin and expertly layered, undergoes a void-free, automatic vacuum pressure impregnating process, ensuring flawless insulation. High current taps are included for optimal performance.
4. Additional Features
Customized primary and secondary voltages to meet diverse customer needs
Optional fans enhance emergency overload capabilities
Self-extinguishing properties offer superior fire resistance compared to oil-based options
Engineered for harmonic load compatibility.
Core loop testing transformer designed for turbo generator sets.
Features low energy content in the event of fire, reduced weight, and outstanding heat wave resistance
Certification
CEEG's dry-type transformers proudly bear the KEMA E2, C2, and F1 certifications for Environmental, Climatic, and Fire Behaviour classes. We were among the first manufacturers in China to pass the rigorous KEMA test, highlighting our commitment to safety and quality.
