2. Iron Cores
Crafted from high-quality grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon-steel sheets, our iron cores undergo precision cutting using a specialized shearing machine, resulting in minimal burr. The innovative use of multi-steps and 45° all-leaning joints greatly reduces no-load loss, no-load current, and noise. The robust core clamping device, featuring a board structure, guarantees high mechanical strength, while secure fastening nails ensure adequate pressure on the transformer axis padding block, securing the assembly firmly.
3. High purity oxygen-free copper windings, reduce the load loss
Designed with precision, the inner coil is meticulously wound on the insulation barrel, with chamfering spacers and padding blocks for a uniform electric field, enhancing stability. The integration of BDK-80M synchronized lifting-up equipment during assembly ensures pinpoint axial placement of the windings, bolstering axial strength and operational integrity.
4. Tank
Engineered from wide-width steel plates, our tanks minimize welding seams, resulting in a sleek, sophisticated appearance and outstanding mechanical strength. The design has successfully passed standard positive pressure and vacuum tests. Advanced welding techniques and groove-type flanges ensure durability and leak-free performance, even under extensive use. Our efficient wide plate radiation system with heavy-duty, low-noise blowers enhances heat dissipation, reducing radiating plates and preventing leaks. The capsule-type conservator effectively delays oil aging, enhancing electrical strength under vacuum conditions.
5. Protection System
Our state-of-the-art protection system includes Pt100 thermal resistors for precise temperature control, a pressure relief valve with contacts, and a comprehensive suite of indicators for oil pressure and level, all equipped with signal conversion capabilities. Both HV and LV bushings are designed as pollution-retardant porcelain oil types, extending insulation space for application in high pollution environments. The use of stainless steel in padding plates and terminal cases not only adds to the durability but also ensures an elegant, modern appearance.
