Our top-of-the-line transformers are available in insulation classes B, F, and H, ensuring maximum performance. For low-voltage vessel/ship transformers (sub-1kV voltage levels), we offer impressive capacities up to 8000kVA. The same remarkable capacity extends to our medium-voltage vessel/ship and offshore platform transformers (sub-10kV voltage levels). How does the AFWF transformer operate and deliver its cooling efficiency?
The CEEG marine water-cooled transformer, crafted for large maritime vessels, comprises two integral cabinets: one for the transformer and the other for the sophisticated cooling system. High-performance fans seamlessly transfer heated air from the transformer cabinet to the cooling system cabinet, recirculating refreshing cool air to guarantee optimal operational safety. Heat dissipated by the transformer is efficiently expelled from the ship via circulating water within the water-cooled system, preserving the integrity of other onboard equipment and stabilizing cabinet temperatures. Its cutting-edge cooling system is equipped with primary and auxiliary components, including fans, water-cooling units, air ducts, leak alarms, temperature controllers, and water tanks, ensuring peak performance and reliability.

For transformers with capacities of 500kVA and above, the standard is bottom entry and exit, with thoughtfully designed cable holes in the transformer base ensuring secure, scratch-free cable management.
