Enclosure Structure
High Voltage Chamber:
The central component of the high voltage chamber is a high-voltage ring main unit, equipped with sulfur hexafluoride load switches and vacuum circuit breakers. This high-voltage cabinet acts as a safeguard, shielding the transformer from potential threats such as short circuits and overloads.
Transformer Chamber:
The robust three-phase transformer chamber is versatile, accommodating both dry-type and liquid (oil) immersed transformers. It is equipped with a state-of-the-art ventilation system with adjustable temperature controls. Safety is paramount with live space barriers that prevent accidental contact during inspections.
Low Voltage Chamber:
The secondary low voltage chamber is ingeniously designed in two assembly configurations: with or without a corridor. It can host an array of cabinets-metering, main incoming, outgoing, capacitor, and interlocking cabinets (suitable for dual transformers)-delivering comprehensive low-voltage switchgear functionality. Capacitive reactive power compensation is impressively adjustable, ranging from 15% to 30% of transformer capacity.
