CEEG has proudly collaborated with the esteemed DuPont since 1999, becoming the first pioneer in China to integrate the superior DuPont Nomex paper as insulation material for constructing the open-ventilated dry-type transformer.
Our advanced Electrical Transformer with unrivaled ventilation capabilities stands as a paragon of safety and resilience. It is meticulously designed for environments demanding exceptional fireproofing and robust performance amidst extreme conditions such as airports, subways, power plants, mining sectors, healthcare facilities, high-rise buildings, bustling shopping centers, densely populated areas, oil industries, and nuclear power plants.
Product Features
The CEEG Vacuum Pressure Impregnated transformer exemplifies exceptional engineering, offering a formidable overload capacity, supreme high-temperature resistance, uncompromised safety, and robust reliability. It's inherently fire retardant, resistant to moisture, eco-friendly, operates with low noise, requires minimal maintenance, and maintains low partial discharge with a crack-free performance.
1. DuPont Nomex® Paper
Pioneering a strategic alliance with DuPont since 1999, CEEG is honored to be the first in China to employ DuPont Nomex® Paper as the insulation material in crafting non-encapsulated dry-type transformers. This remarkable paper grants the transformer a distinguished insulation rating of class H or C, ensuring the windings are robustly wrapped to withstand even prolonged exposure to short-circuit impacts over years.
2. Silicon Steel Core or Amorphous Alloy Core
Our transformer cores are expertly crafted from premium cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets, seamlessly lap-jointed at 45 degrees with seven meticulously designed steps, or high-quality amorphous alloy strips. Encased in insulated tape, the core is isolated from the windings, secured with precision-engineered square tubes and draw plates. The core's surface is shielded with moisture and rust-resistant resin, drastically reducing no-load loss, no-load current, and noise. For the amorphous alloy variant, no-load loss plummets by 60%, significantly elevating energy efficiency.
3. HV & LV Coils
Our high-voltage winding is crafted with a continuous structure, offering unparalleled mechanical strength and superior radiation capabilities. It excels in damp-proofing and heat shock endurance, boasting a partial discharge of less than 5PC. These windings can be rejuvenated after their service life. The F-grade DMD lamination low voltage foil undergoes a meticulous epoxy resin soaking process via VPI (vacuum pressure impregnation) and a sophisticated high-temperature curing machine, ensuring a flawless, void-free insulation. High current taps are available for low voltage windings.
4. Additional Features
Our transformers offer a range of multiple voltages on both the primary and secondary sides, tailored to meet diverse customer requirements.
Equipped with fans that enhance the transformer's emergency overload capacity.
Features self-extinguishing capabilities, delivering superior fire resistance compared to oil-based counterparts.
Engineered for optimal performance under harmonic loading conditions.
Includes a core loop testing transformer, uniquely designed for turbo gen sets.
Boasts low energy content in the event of a fire, reduced weight, and remarkable resistance to heat waves.
Certification
CEEG proudly manufactures dry-type transformers that meet the rigorous standards of KEMA E2, C2, and F1 for Environmental, Climatic, and Fire Behavior classes. We stand among the forefront of Chinese manufacturers to pass the esteemed KEMA test.
