These transformers are revered for their high reliability, core-hanging free design, and impeccable oil leakage prevention. Utilizing cutting-edge design software, we perform comprehensive electromagnetic calculations. Rigorous analysis of the transformer's main and longitudinal insulation, impulse voltage gradient distribution, end electric field distribution, and both short-circuit thermal and dynamic stability ensures an optimal design margin. Product Characteristics

  1. Our transformer features an advanced core seven-stage temperature control technology providing superior thermal management.
  2. The body of the transformer integrates a mixed insulation system alongside premium quality components to offer a robust 30-year lifespan.
  3. Low Noise: Experience a reduction of 3 to 5 decibels below the national standard, ensuring quieter operations.
  4. No Leakage: Utilizing acrylic one-time molded parts for all seals, and subjecting each unit to stringent fluorescent, positive pressure, and negative pressure leak tests, we guarantee zero leakage.
  5. High Reliability: Equipped with an oil level thermometer and a pressure relief valve with a contact on the oil tank top, our transformer ensures high reliability. The oil level indicator uses an oil level gauge with a contact, and anti-fouling reinforced pure porcelain oil bushings are used for both high and low pressure, suitable for heavily polluted environments.
  6. High-Quality Insulating Skeleton Support: The coil's interior is reinforced with a premium insulating skeleton. All coils feature internal and external braces, with chamfered edges on all braces and pads to ensure uniform electric field distribution and enhanced reliability. Self-locking lock nuts on all fasteners safeguard against loosening, sustaining product integrity even during long-distance transport.
