Since 1999, CEEG has proudly collaborated with DuPont, becoming the pioneering force in China to incorporate DuPont Nomex paper as an insulation material in crafting the open-ventilated dry-type transformer. This groundbreaking partnership lays the foundation for unparalleled innovation and quality in the transformer industry.
Our Efficient Distribution Transformer with Advanced Dry Type Technology is meticulously designed for environments demanding rigorous fireproofing, extreme rating fluctuations, and resistance to dirt and moisture. Ideal for critical applications such as airports, subways, power plants, mining industries, hospitals, skyscrapers, bustling shopping centers, densely populated areas, oil industries, and nuclear power plants.
Product Features
The CEEG Vacuum Pressure Impregnated Transformer is the epitome of excellence, showcasing remarkable overload capacity, exceptional high-temperature endurance, and steadfast safety and reliability. Its fire-retardant and moisture-resistant characteristics, along with eco-friendliness, low noise levels, effortless maintenance, minimal partial discharge, and crack-free construction, set it apart as a leader in the field.
1. DuPont Nomex® Paper
With a strategic partnership dating back to 1999, CEEG stands as the first in China to utilize DuPont Nomex® Paper for insulation in manufacturing non-encapsulated dry-type transformers. This paper bestows a high insulation grade of class H or C, ensuring tightly wound structures that remain resilient against short-circuiting impacts, even after prolonged service.
2. Silicon Steel Core or Amorphous Alloy Core
Our transformer core, crafted from premium cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets or superior amorphous alloy strips, features a sophisticated design with 45-degree lap joints and 7 stepping seams. Coated in moisture and rust-resistant resin, it effectively minimizes no-load loss, no-load current, and noise. The amorphous alloy model, in particular, achieves a 60% reduction in no-load loss, significantly boosting energy efficiency.
3. HV & LV Coils
The high-voltage winding boasts a continuous structure delivering robust mechanical strength and excellent heat dissipation. It excels in moisture resistance and withstands heat shock, with a partial discharge of less than 5PC. Post service life, the winding is fully recoverable. The F-grade DMD lamination low voltage foil, epoxy resin-soaked for layer insulation, undergoes VPI equipment and high-temperature curing to ensure void-free insulation. High current taps are available for low voltage winding.
4. Additional Features
Customizable multiple voltages on both primary and secondary sides to meet diverse customer requirements.
Integrated fans enhance the emergency overload capacity, ensuring reliable performance during critical scenarios.
Self-extinguishing capabilities offer superior fire resistance compared to traditional oil-based solutions.
Engineered to adeptly handle harmonic loading, ensuring performance stability.
Incorporates a core loop testing transformer specifically for turbo generator sets to ensure optimal efficiency.
Features low energy content during fire incidents, reduced weight, and exceptional heat wave resistance, enhancing safety and durability.
Certification
CEEG's dry-type transformers are proudly certified with KEMA E2, C2, and F1 for Environmental, Climatic, and Fire Behavior classes. We stand among the trailblazers in China, achieving KEMA certification for dry-type transformers.
