Introduction of Marine (Ocean Platform) Transformer
Our offshore transformers boast insulation classes of B, F, and H, with a robust capacity reaching up to 8000kVA for both low-voltage (below 1kV) and medium-voltage (below 10kV) applications. Expertly crafted to meet your unique specifications, we provide certification from prestigious classification societies such as CCS, ABS, BV, DNVGL, LR, KR, NK, and RINA, ensuring unparalleled quality and compliance.
The Structural Features of the Product
Crafted with precision, the core material features high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, meticulously laminated at a full 45° diagonal angle to ensure optimal performance.
Our transformers utilize premium Class B, F, or H NOMEX paper insulation, ensuring a remarkably extended service life exceeding 30 years.
Resilient against moisture, salt spray, mold, and rust, our iron core is expertly treated with a specialized resin coating.
Engineered for excellence, our transformers exhibit low loss, minimal partial discharge, robust overload capacity, and reduced noise. The iron core is made from 0.18-0.3mm thick, high-permeable, grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, optimized for loss reduction. A through-bolt construction significantly decreases noise levels.
Designed with safety in mind, the marine transformer's coil features a non-closure structure, while the ocean platform transformer employs stuffing epoxy resin casting for superior flame retardancy.
Protected by a high-quality steel sheet casing, our transformers are available with protection classes IP00, IP20, IP22, and IP23, offering robust defense against environmental factors.
Innovative design features include a strategically placed stuffing box on the top, either left or right, with a bottom in/bottom out wiring style for capacities of 500 kVA and above. The base includes cable holes equipped with scratch-proof and fixation devices for secure installations.
Application Conditions
Our company's products are engineered to function seamlessly in the following environmental conditions:
Ambient temperatures ranging from -25°C to 45°C;
Relative humidity levels up to 95%, ensuring reliability in varying climates.
Withstands the vibration and shock inherent in its installation environment;
Capable of operating with a swing angle of up to 22.5° and an inclining angle up to 15°;
Resilient against dew, oil mist, salt mist, and mold deposits.
