Features
1. Scientific and advanced design scheme
Harnessing cutting-edge computer software, we meticulously analyze the winding electric field under high voltage to calculate precise distribution gradients. This ensures the winding structure withstands high-voltage impulses. Our scientific insulation structure guarantees safe operation, while a detailed analysis of magnetic leakage and temperature fields ensures optimal field performance. The lamination design is optimized to minimize magnetic distortion, enhancing no-load performance for unmatched efficiency.
2. Iron Cores
Crafted from premium grain-oriented, cold-rolled silicon-steel sheets, the iron core is precision-cut by a specialized shearing machine, resulting in minimal burrs. The implementation of multi-step and 45° all-leaning joints significantly reduces no-load loss, current, and noise. The core clamping device employs a robust board structure, ensuring high mechanical strength, while secured nails provide ample padding block pressure along the transformer axis.
3. High purity oxygen-free copper windings, reduce the load loss
The inner coil is meticulously wound on the insulation barrel, where chamfering spacers and padding blocks equitably distribute the electric field, enhancing stability. Using the BDK-80M synchronized lifting-up equipment in assembly, we ensure precise axial alignment and bolster the windings' axial strength for superior performance.
4. Tank
Employing wide-width steel plates to minimize weld seams on the flat roof, the folded plate type tank boasts a sleek and refined appearance with high mechanical strength, successfully passing standard positive pressure and vacuum tests. Advanced welding technology and groove-type flanges guarantee long-term, leak-free operation. The wide plate radiation system, equipped with heavy-duty, low-noise blowers, elevates heat dissipation efficiency, reduces radiating plates, and prevents leakage, allowing direct mounting on the transformer. The capsule-type conservator effectively delays oil aging under vacuum conditions, fortifying electric strength.
5. Protection System
Equipped with Pt100 thermal resistors, the temperature control system is integrated into the transformer body, complemented by a pressure relief valve with contacts atop the tank. The conservator features an oil indicator with contact and vacuum relays, while the tank hosts an oil pressure indicator with contacts for versatile signal conversion and transfer. Both HV and LV bushings employ pollution-retardant porcelain oil types, extending insulation space for high pollution environments. Padding plates and terminal cases, crafted from stainless steel, provide a sophisticated and durable finish.
