1. Scientific and Advanced Design Scheme
Our transformers feature a cutting-edge design, harnessing sophisticated computer software to meticulously analyze the winding electric field under high voltage. This precision ensures that the winding structure withstands high voltage impulses. With meticulous insulation structure analysis and computation, we guarantee safe operation. Additionally, we optimize the magnetic leakage and temperature field performance to match design intentions, while refining lamination design to reduce magnetic distortion and enhance no-load performance.
2. Iron Cores
Embracing excellence, our iron cores are crafted from premium grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon-steel sheets, precision-cut by specialized shearing machines, resulting in minimal burr. Utilizing multi-step and 45° all-leaning joints, we effectively reduce no-load loss, no-load current, and noise. A robust board structure for core clamping ensures high mechanical strength, while fasten nails provide ample transformer axis padding block pressure.
3. High-Purity Oxygen-Free Copper Windings, Reducing Load Loss
The inner coil is expertly wound directly onto the insulation barrel, employing chamfering spacers and padding blocks to distribute the electric field uniformly and bolster stability. Our state-of-the-art BDK-80M synchronized lifting-up equipment secures precise axial positioning of the windings, thus reinforcing axial strength and reliability.
4. Tank
Our tanks feature wide-width steel plates, minimizing welding seams and presenting a sleek, immaculate design with superior mechanical strength. They successfully pass rigorous positive pressure and vacuum tests. Advanced welding techniques and groove-type flanges ensure leak-proof durability, while a broad plate radiation system with robust, low-noise blowers optimizes heat dissipation. The system can be directly mounted, and the capsule-type conservator effectively delays oil aging under vacuum conditions, enhancing electrical strength.
5. Protection System
Our comprehensive protection system incorporates Pt100 thermal resistors for precise temperature control within the transformer body. A pressure relief valve with contacts is strategically placed atop the tank. The conservator is equipped with an oil indicator and vacuum relays, while an oil pressure indicator with contacts is housed in the tank. These components facilitate signal conversion and transfer. Both HV and LV bushings boast pollution-retardant porcelain oil types, extending insulation capabilities in harsh environments. The padding plates and terminal case, crafted from stainless steel, enhance the aesthetic appeal, delivering both function and form.
