Introduction to Marine (Ocean Platform) Transformers: Dive into the world of marine power excellence with our specialized transformers, engineered for robust performance in offshore environments!
Our transformers come with diverse insulation classes-B, F, and H-perfectly tailored to meet the most demanding electrical needs. The low-voltage transformers, with voltage levels under 1kV, boast a remarkable capacity of up to 8000kVA. Similarly, our medium-voltage transformers for vessels and offshore platforms, operating below 10kV, also reach an impressive 8000kVA capacity. We pride ourselves on designing and manufacturing products to precise specifications, backed by certifications from esteemed classification societies including CCS, ABS, BV, DNVGL, LR, KR, NK, RINA, and more.
Explore the Structural Features of Our Transformers: Discover design excellence in every component of our transformers, purpose-built for superior durability and performance.
The core material is crafted with precision from high-quality, cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, expertly laminated at a full 45° diagonal for optimal efficiency.
Our transformers incorporate advanced insulation materials made from Class B, F, or H NOMEX paper, ensuring a robust operational life exceeding 30 years.
Resilient to Moisture, Salt Spray, Mold, and Rust: The iron core is protected with a specialized resin coating, offering unparalleled resistance to harsh marine conditions.
Experience Low Losses, Minimal Partial Discharge, and Superior Overload Capacity: Our iron core, with a thickness of 0.18-0.3mm, comprises highly permeable, premium grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets to minimize losses. A through-bolt structure is incorporated to dramatically lower noise levels.
Engineered for Safety: The marine transformer coils feature a non-enclosure structure, while the ocean platform transformers are encased in filling epoxy resin for enhanced flame retardation.
The transformers' casing is constructed from premium steel sheets, offering a protection class range from IP00 to IP23, ensuring sturdy protection in diverse environments.
Optimized for Flexibility: The stuffing box is strategically located on either side at the top of the transformer case. For transformers with a capacity of 500 kVA and above, the wiring style adopts a bottom in/bottom out approach. Cable holes are carefully designed at the base, equipped with scratch-proof and secure fixation devices.
Application Conditions: Our transformers are engineered to operate seamlessly under the following conditions, ensuring reliable performance across various scenarios.
Our company's products are designed to function reliably under these specific conditions, offering versatility and dependability:
Operate within Ambient Temperature: -25°C to 45°C; ensuring resilience in extreme weather conditions.
Maintain Relative Humidity Levels: ≤95%, adapted for high humidity environments.
Built to withstand Vibration and Shock: Function smoothly in dynamic settings where transformers are installed.
Stable under Swing Angles ≤22.5° and Inclining Angles ≤15°: Perfect for marine and offshore applications.
Resistant to Dew, Oil Mist, Salt Mist, and Molds: Engineered for durability in demanding environments.
Ocean Platform Transformer Technical Data: Delve into the technical specifics of our transformers, crafted to meet stringent offshore operational requirements.
